Been re reading your fertility push a while back bud, really great to have this documented!
Would you say it’s best to come off altogether, try get natural levels back and with that re gain fertility, or stay on trt and supplement accordingly?
Hey Luca – its one of the reasons i documents the whole process in here – day by day struggle by struggle.
I have managed to get alot of clients fully fertile in 3-6 months no issues – for myself it wasn’t that quick and actually the issue there was the fact I was adamant in coming off and trying to regain my own natural system. This would of worked fine had I been able to recover it but it just wasn’t possible so going back on TRt after 9 months was what actually brought the missing link back (morphology) and charl fell within 2-3 months.
Although this was not ideal for me it was huge learning and I do feel good for others to see that even for myself with the knowledge things dont always go to plan and it can take much longer than you hope.
But now having my little girl it can be seen that no matter the time it takes, or the effort and issues it is in the end always worth it.
Being a coach and educator here if some one has to have a hard time doing something I like it to be me so that I can learn and then share with others and try and make sure they dont have the same issues but if they do I myself have walked that walk and can support on all levels.

If you can recover your own system then IME it is better overall to come off and do it that way – As it saves the expense and ball ache of running all the fertility stuff for prolonged periods.

Hey Sas, I’m reference to off-seasons, you always seem to make crazy improvements, I will be doing an off season pretty season, it’ll be my last one I do.
Hard to give a general answer and I know these questions are annoying but what would be the best bang for buck cycle for 3-4 months to maximise things for one last time? Happy to push the boat out from a food and AAS perspective, not overly pushed with using GH any insulin
Have run up to 1.5g before mainly test/primo/mast and a little tren
Hey bud. If it was me…. This is hard to answer because what I do might only work for me… So 1.5-2g weekly is a pretty solid dose to make a lot of gains for any one. Most gains I’ve made were on between 600-1000mg. Maybe choose different compounds, I’d opt for eq over primo for size, tren at lose dose is fine. I like anadrol too bang for buck but you have to watch your blood pressure and blood count
Gh can help but I don’t think it’s the be all for size… insulin can help a lot. Sporadic use for me is more effective, 1-2 times weeks, not daily
Don’t worry staying lean. This holds people back lately I see it all the time. Fat takes months to take off, muscle takes years to pack on. Eat big and eat right all the time [/quote]

How does this rebound look in comparison to your previous gaining phases? Do you think you’ll push things hard for this upcoming bulk from a food and drugs perspective?

Im using more drugs than i would run these days in a rebound – my own approach is to keep things on the lower side for the first 6 week – let just the food and back off do the work and then keep progressing into a cycle.
Were as AJ favours a rebound set up – which was always very popular in the passed and something every one did – so will be interesting to see how this plays out.
Its not that I disagree with it – I know fine well there benefits – I just personally find getting it right with lower doses (not a cruise) means there is no need for that pull back/low dose period post rebound and you can just keep going and going so to speak.
I have told Aj I am all in to push as aggressive as he sees fit.
He is super focused on staying tight and lean and that is what we are achieving as you will see from todays check in pics [/quote]

And, can you please provide some background on your best push up in muscle, how did you go about it, duration, drugs used etc?
Hey bud. I’ll take winny / anadrol or any oral like that around 3-4 hours before I train. But as close as 1.5-2 hours is fine too
My biggest and best off season growth was 55-60 lbs in about 7-8 months. During this time I did 2 cycles of 600-800 test, 100-150mg anadrol pre workout, insulin 2-3 days weekly of 12-15iu with my pre workout meal. LOT of calories over 7k cals every day , 2.5k of them from cheat meals, muffins, cookies: [/quote]
Fuck!! How many lbs of muscle would you say that yielded? How did you find the Anadrol in a gaining phase like that, is that a usual addition for most?[/quote]
I gained 8 lbs stage weight that year. I gained quite a lot of fat but I get lean just as quick. Getting fatter let me use less anabolics.
Anadrol is one most seem to stay away from these days due to gut/appetite. But it’s a powerhouse for size fulness and strength. For me it doesn’t effect digestion or appetite. It adds a lot of mass for me. I will use it every off season [/quote]

Some people are more sensitive to BP triggers so even being less active and having the odd takeaway can take it higher.
So without knowing you daily food intake, your history of health / lifestyle / drug use etc it’s hard to tell with the info you’ve given.
I’d start by cleaning diet up fully. And start going for regular brisk walks
I’m not sure regarding t3 though

Hey Jordan, did you get the latest batch results back from jano?
