Hiya Joan,
I have struggled with groin pain which I thought initially was adductor pain for the majority of this year and am starting to be in a position where I can train freely with no pain.
I suggest continuing to pull back and not do anything to further aggravate the area. Ibuprofen or Naproxen are okay to help with inflammation but as you likely know, isn’t a long term solution.
I agree with Adam! Seek out advice from a Sports Physio, Osteo or Chiro for a proper diagnosis and plan in place to help get you back to training pain free.
Above all be patient! Let us know how you get on or If you have any other questions ๐๐ผ

Hi guys, busy day. Initially editing all morning as I had a coaching call at 1 so decided to train after. Went to grandmas and had to spend a bit of time there and ended up training very late. 6pm which is quite late for me, I usually train early afternoon/late morning. Ended up coming home having my final meal and just about catching up with food. Very ready for bed but will be staying up a touch longer to see one of my clients compete via livestream ๐ซ

Hi guys another rest day today just due to work load. Fat laptop day editing and doing check ins. I am a little behind on an edit and I do feel I may be stretching myself thin again. Head down and keep chugging along and Iโll soon feel on top of things again. Packed a few orders this evening for MAD, quick food shop and then home for dinner

Hi Jad,
The exercise selection looks pretty good. What do you intend to do with working sets and rep ranges?
Sounds like a good plan to do Mon, Wed and Friday with some rest over the weekend.

Hiya staystrong. Iโm no expert but I hear itโs helpful for some with gastrointestinal distress. I personally have no experience with it. Are you looking to use it as a supplement or are you experiencing any gut problems?

Hello hello. Busy day! Up early for a walk, breakfast and then client work. Headed over to the studio for the MAD shoot and then continued on with some shots of the new clothing ๐ซ very nice stuff it was very hard to whittle down to my favourites! Back home in rush hour to continue on with a little work before dinner and bed!

Hiya Antonio. Oscar makes some super important points that canโt be ignored! Have you tried micro loading?
Also while I mention micro loading, keep in mind that progressions with load is not the only marker for progress.
You can improve with form and reps.I suggest if recovery is in check (everything Oscar mentioned) to perhaps focus on progressions outside of load. Youโre on the lower end of rep ranges for most of these movements.
Personally, I know if I can only press something for 4-6 reps, itโs unlikely Iโll be able to press more reps with more load the following weeks on and on. Iโd focus on progressing the same weight for more reps for now before going heavier.

Hi guys, long but productive day. Client work, program walkthroughs, client calls and training. Quads and Glutes today and it was pretty fab. No pain, actually pushed myself closer to failure on leg press with no issues, no pelvis issues on smith squats. Feeling pretty good. ๐๐ผ in tomorrow to train again although Iโd usually have a rest day but Iโll likely be working all day Wednesday so am training when time will allow ๐๐ผ

Hiya Chris, just jumping in here to give my thoughts. Ideally itโs to fuel yourself before your session and have you ready to perform to the best of your abilities vs being fasted and likely a little dehydrated after sleeping. The timing of it all is mostly referencing the time to digest, be hydrated and ready to make use of what youโve ingested.
Honestly, if this is the phase of life that youโre in right now and you canโt wake up earlier or have what Kuba or Clare suggested, do what you can, with what you can for now. Itโs certainly better for performance and growth to be able to do the above, but if time or lifestyle does not allow, continue to progress best you can and if you find yourself stalling itโs likely this could be the issue ๐๐ผ

Hi guys, very glad itโs the weekend! Up and out for a walk and a quick food shop, breakfast and then into some training analysis and emails. Training a little later today and in for hams glutes and delts. Felt really good! No pain which is amazing for once. Struggled a little with my right glute but patience will do me well. Then back home to chill wrote programs finish my meals and have a lovely slow evening. ๐๐ผ

Heya Brey, very glad to hear youโre okay!
I agree with Nathaniel, take a couple days away from the gym to rest and recover and then ease back in to your routine. If you feel you really must train, I would suggest training with some reps in reserve until properly recovered ๐๐ผ

Hello hello, rest day today and at a shoot from 9-5pm and then took me an hour to get home. Meals packed with me and then dinner at home. Steps hit, a LOT of standing and handheld camera and so my back is a little tight but weโll see what tomorrow holds and how I feel ๐๐ผ
