    Hiya Jacob,

I agree with Peter! Testing things as you go will give you the data you need to make decisions on what to do closer to peak week ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ

    Hello hello!

Wednesday is a training day for me – Hams, Glutes and Delts! Woke up went for my usual short walk in the morning, breakfast/pre which on a training day is 250g Skyr, 25g Honey, 100g of mango (or whatever fruit I have frozen) 100g sourdough bread 20g of butter and one egg. Then did some light work tasks while that digested. Headed off to the gym a little later than anticipated but all good in the hood. My Wednesday hamstring glute session is currently structured like this.

    – Rehab

    – Lying Leg curl x3

    – RDL x2

    – Good Mornings X2

    – Hip Thrust X2

    – Abductions X2

    – Kickbacks X2

    – GHR X2

    – Calves X3

    – Shoulder Press (any machine available) X2

    – Lateral Raises X3

    – Rear Delts X3

    – Abs (usually a hollow holds)

It’s a LONG session but has been working pretty fantastically for me. Recovery is great, appetite is great and for the most part my sessions suit the time I have available across the week. Popped over to my grandmas to say hello!

Post workout is 40g Performance protein – 50g Sweets

Meal 3 – 140g Jasmine rice (raw) 120g Chicken (cooked) 12ml Olive oil 120g Pineapple

Meal 4 – 140g Jasmine Rice (raw) 150g Beef Mince (raw) 10ml Olive oil

Usually I’ll round off the day with tea and a couple biscuits…. norrrrty me

Currently teetering around 62.5-63kg on stage I was 54kg (tiny) I would like to push back up to 65kg without turning into complete lard ๐Ÿ˜‚ we shall see! I personally love offseason and I love food so it doesn’t feel like too much of a chore right now! Finishing some responses and training analysis for clients now and then chill for the night!

    Hello hello!

No log from Sunday because it was a loooong old day! Spent Sunday off at the WNBF First timers event with my client. He absolutely smashed it placing 3rd in bodybuilding short and won the overall for menโ€™s physique and a WNBF pro card. Absolutely over the moon for him! Well deserved! The show experienced some delays so it was a bit of a challenge and meant getting back home very late! Pretty much ate and fell asleep!

Today was my usual Monday (although I did have a little lie in!) Short walk before breakfast and then Off to train Quads and glutes. Solid session and no issues with Hack or Pendulum on my shins today so could load up a little more. After that I pretty much spent the rest of the day on my laptop responding to emails and clients. Very much ready for bed x

    Hellooo!

Another day done today! I usually train earlier on a Saturday as the gym gets PACKED. Woke up, ate pre and went straight to the gym for hams, glutes and a touch of delts. It was already pretty busy when I got there. Got back and had a chill afternoon on the sofa. then got ready to go out for a surprise birthday party. Lots of fun food and music. Late night tonight and an early rise tomorrow!

    Hiya Ben!

Iโ€™ve just had a look at the ingredient list on the actual bottle and none of the ingredients (to my knowledge) contain milk or dairy! There isnโ€™t any allergens noted either so you should be all good!

Other great options are Dream Sleep, Magnesium or ZMA ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ

    Hello hello happy Friday!

Just wrapped up for the day. Started the morning with a short walk and breakfast (same as every day) Did some light work (emails and replying to clients) Then to the gym for my Full leg session.

    It went as so;

    – Rehab

    – Lying Leg Curl

    – Leg Ext

    – Hack

    – Leg Press

    – Hip Thrust

    – Abductions

    – GHR

    – Calves

Session was pretty good albeit compounds aren’t THAT fantastic right now. I’ve been dealing with some adductor/groin pain for a while which has been improving slowly. Remaining patient and doing what I can ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ

Finished off training analysis and a call for a new starter and now to chill and eat before yet another leg session tomorrow x

    Hello hello!

Today was a rest day for me. (Thursdays are usually rest days for me) Started the day off with a short walk and breakfast and then got stuck in to client check ins for the rest of the morning/early afternoon.
After that I took a break to go grocery shopping (wild I know) and came back to wrap up the day responding to enquiries and setting up calls. Finally ended the day batch cooking chicken. VERY fun โœŒ๐Ÿผ

Fairly standard! Looking forward to yet another leg session tomorrow ๐Ÿซถ๐Ÿผ

    Long day today!

Up for a short morning walk + breakfast and pre and then in for Hams Glutes and delts. Really good session! Managed to swing by and see my grandma before continuing the day with client work (coaching and a little editing) and then out again to the cinema! Back fairly late and spent the rest of the evening prepping chicken to marinate overnight and squeezing in my last meal before bed

    Hello hello!

Today was a rest day for me! I usually wake up a little later on rest days.

Started the day off with a short walk and spent most of the day at my laptop working. While I offer online coaching for bodybuilding/powerlifting/lifestyle my main work day to day is filming and editing for clients. So I’m seated a lot if I’m not shooting! A few check ins today to wrap up. Ending the day with a short walk and Duolingo because the streak needs to be kept ๐ŸคŒ๐Ÿผ

I have made it a priority to get up and move a little more on rest days. I do find staying seated or sedentary for long periods of time tends to flare up my SI joint (mostly left side) and it has a knock on effect with how good/poor my next session feels. Today I was successful so looking forward to Hams and Glutes tomorrow.
