Hope you’re ok Mads, you have your reasons for going this route. Agree with Hilly on bloodwork along the way, you could even get some now at peak amount of gear and monitor as you taper down. Be in tune with how you are feeling also, when you taper down past 200mg

Everything is fine. I had an ECG that showed potential signs of left ventricular hypertrophy, but as they pointed out, I weigh 120 kg at only 180 cm tall—and I’m still lean enough to have visible striations in my glutes. I’m thinking of dropping down to 150 mg for about 3–4 months, and then potentially coming off completely; since I’m still quite young, there’s a chance my natural production might recover. Do you have any advice regarding post-cycle protocols, or should I just try coming off entirely?

The test results showed a sinus rhythm, meaning the heart is following its normal electrical rhythm. My pulse was approximately 65—a completely normal resting heart rate. Normal electrical axis: The heart’s electrical activity moves in a normal direction. Normal PR interval: There are no signs of delayed electrical conduction between the atria and the ventricles. Normal QRS complex: There are no signs of bundle branch block—a specific type of delay in the heart’s electrical conduction system. No clear signs of oxygen deprivation: There are no significant ST-segment changes suggesting reduced blood supply to the heart muscle. However, one finding that warrants closer attention is possible left ventricular hypertrophy (thickened heart muscle). The assessment notes high voltage in the QRS complex, particularly in leads V5 and V6. This could indicate that the left ventricle has increased muscle mass—potentially due to years of intensive strength training and significant overall muscle mass.

Alternatively, it could represent actual thickening, such as that seen in certain heart conditions; however, the crucial point is that high voltage on an ECG does not, in itself, prove that the heart muscle is thickened.

I work around here 4-5 times a week, sometimes less.

It depends on the weather if there is frosty weather, but about 3-4 times a week in a row.

I don’t track my blood pressure or anything, I didn’t think it was necessary since I’m natural.

okay, thank you very much for your answer. So you would rather distribute the magnesium earlier in the day, so maybe half a serving for meal 1/breakfast and one for meal 5/dinner

And I get my last caffeine intake at 1 p.m. I have a cup of coffee in the morning and an energy drink. I’m currently taking 350 mg of test and 350 mg of primo, 25 mg of provion and 5 IU of HGH before bed.
