Fantastic work bud, honestly well done. It’s hard to say an exact number of how much more to come off, but in these moments I think it’s best not to get fixated on a set number. Tick of each lb one by one and keep assessing where you are at. You’ve done great getting to this point, the dedication and motivation is there. Stay locked in and make it count until you reach to a look / weight you are happy with

A catch up today me and Kerry met with IFBB pros Rob cannon and Scarlett Hollands as they have recently moved not too far from us now. I met Rob years back when I was an Amateur and worked BodyPower expos with him so it was cool to meet today and talk bodybuilding, life in general and give him some heads up on what’s in the area he knows lives. Really nice couple and I’m sure we will be meeting up and getting some training sessions in together soon too.
Check in day today. Feedback was in from Kuba. The plan remains the same for this coming week. Potentially may run a de-load this week but we will assess this tomorrow. Lots of valuable feedback from my training sessions Thurs and Fri for me to implement which I find very very helpful and useful to really want to improve form.
Last meal going in, then off to bed

I never have no mate. But so long as your consistent it doesn’t matter too much – keep stress to a minimum is more important 🙂
Wisely said. I think I drop tracking them for now as its less hazzle and complicated

That’s fair bud. The main thing is do what works for you and then stay consistent with this approach and then you can make any adjustments needed from there -
Hi guys
Rest day for me today. Went to Costa with Kerry for a little bit today to get some client work done, then nipped to the shopping centre to get a few bits.
My stomach has felt a little off today, not too sure why but it’s definitely making getting my meals in a lot more challenging.
Took some check in pics today, so I’ll get those sent over ahead of tomorrows feedback on them.

Soo… I dropped a YouTube video yesterday alongside my coach Kuba who has been coaching me for the last few months. The process so far has been very good, attention to detail and a big shift for me not just physically but mentally too.
Today on the menu was legs and I had a really solid session. Being able to take my sets that little bit further to failure which I love doing!!
That’s training finished for the week for me now, so rest up and recharge before I go again next week

All of the above info is good. Using silicone scar gel is very good too as this will help reduce the scar

Pull session in the books this afternoon. Had a good session, the gym was pretty quiet when I got there too which is good because sometimes it can be packed and take longer to get on kit.
Filmed this one for my YouTube channel. I’m going to try to be more active and put out content a few times a month on there to show some more of my journey and what I’m doing in the off-season. It’s been a very long time since I’ve filmed so I’ve got to get used to being behind the camera and I’m sure the more I do the more natural it will feel too.
Got some pretty cool pictures at the end too from the videographer so looking forward to see those too.

Rest day today, it’s been a busy one. Steps early doors outside and abs, client work, my own midweek check in to my coach, sports massage, haircut oh and eating my meals too lol.
Hectic day, but it’s been productive that’s the main thing. I was going to drop a YouTube video today but time got away from me and it would have been too late by the time the video uploaded, so I plan to do this tomorrow instead now

COR will be a great addition, it’s really good for digestion, tastes great and mixes easy. I prefer to mix my COR and whey together and eat it with some berries. You can’t really go wrong with mixing flavours, I’d go with the ones that appeal to you the most

I agree with the guys here. Or you could even have cornflakes and add some honey to increase carb content

De-volume leg session today. Likely the last de-volume session I have this week (post the weekend with travel to the expo and feeling a little more tired than usual). Tomorrow is a rest day and Thursday is pull, so I’m hoping I will be good to go on Thursday.
Session today went well. I feel my form is improving across exercises. Still a few tweaks I’m conscious of to really nail my exercises how I would likely, in particular SLDL and split leg lunges, but I know things are improving and with the right feedback it will come in time.

Definitely felt tired this morning after the expo this past weekend. Woke up at 6am, short walk, client work had a few meals then went back to sleep for a nap, which was much needed.
Push today I made sure I took a scoop of DNFM lol and my session was really good. Felt really pumped by the end of the session.
Had to get some food shopping in this evening with Kerry, with us being away at the weekend so I am now well and truly ready for bed. 1 more meal, then it’s lights out for me
