The team have nailed it here. Fats serves a purpose but also take into account fats from omegas as this takes total fat amounts higher too

Hi guys so first show off the season in Italy yesterday ticked off,.3rd place for me, I wanted more but very useful feedback to take into next weekend where I will be competing in Germany and pushing for that all important show day win to qualify for this years Olympia.
Trained legs today, steps at 8k. Plan is mapped out with Kuba, so back to the grind to being better as I know I can still bring better

So here I am, show day!! Landed perfectly for where I need to be today.kuba has nailed the look. I feel super relaxed and also excited to step on stage today. I will be on stage around 6-6:30 pre-judging Italian time which is 1 hour ahead of the the UK. This is it, all in! Time to deliver my all time best

Athlete registration tonight for the pro show this Sunday. Very excited for this. Today I done an upper session, nothing crazy just to move some blood so to speak. My look keeps on improving by the day / meal so constant communication with Kuba for the necessary adjustments that need to be made. Either way, the plan is working perfectly 🙂

So I never used to be a fan of sushi, well until my Mrs kerry sexton convinced me to try it lol. I personally don’t go in with big mix platters, try to eat controlled and don’t over indulge. I’m like kerry in her reply above, we like to try a selection of a few things that really stand out to us. If you are going with someone else, perhaps get them to order a few bits what you may both like that’s different to your overall order and share it.
Either way I’m certain you wont be disappointed with your choice!!

Another epic day of really filling my physique out.
Kuba is very happy with my look which has been monitored consistently from when I woke up right up until now, with my last meal going in.Food set up today was
P237 C884 F38Tomorrow we plan to go pull on food and really dry out as I am bang on the money which is such a great feeling.
Today I trained push and it was a really good workout.
Heading to bed shortly, ready to then wake up and likely check in with Kuba in person now that he’s out here in Italy.
I can’t wait, very focused and very excited for Sunday!!

Agree with all of the above. Pushing hard right into your show won’t help you. Ideally your timeline should be pre-set to have you ready 7-10days out before your show so you can back off output, increase food and cruise into the show feeling fresher. Pushing harder will be detrimental

Pull workout about to go down soon out here in Italy. Today as it’s a training day and wanting to fill me out some more, with the provisional plan to pull back on food from tomorrow onwards down to maintenance to really dry me out further my food set up today is as follows:

Feeling in a really good place, resting, eating and doing only what’s necessary with constant communication with Kuba.
I’ve gone quiet on social media, not intentionally but this is how I find myself closer to show blocking out any outside noise and really focusing on what is required of me to bring my best.

I’m certainly not one to step on toes or add any confusion to what your prep is, but if I am being totally honest you have to communicate this with your coach.
It’s your prep and yes your coach is there to guide you and bring you in at your best, however I 100% agree with you as right now you should be backing off and getting your body fresh ahead of your show.
I think communication in a respectful way is the way to go here, sooner rather than later
