    I agree with what Kerry has said here. I’d also factor in what time of day you are training too as you wouldn’t want your cardio to then impact your weights sessions also.

    Last session of my training week today. Solo legs, trained close to home. It was a good one, worked a little better for my routine today so trained a gym close by. I find in prep sometimes a change of gym but going with what works for me is helpful and that’s exactly what I did today. Same mindset, same drive and same focus to give my best to the session. Weight seems to be holding the same now for the past 3 days joint lowest weight and I’m liking that initial feeling of actually feeling leaner, but now I want more lol but I know I have to be patient and follow the plan which I am 100%!

    Thanks for the replies, I know I’m fine with TRT but my question was more around other steroids such as primo, masteron, GH etc. thank you 🙏🏼

    Do you mean taking it into the country? Or buying it out there? If you drop Haider tbjp athlete a message he will be able to answer as he lives in Dubai

    Remove clen as this will help recovery by lowering resting heart rate. Steps can remain the same as low impact, but I would take cardio out. Calories would bring up to maintenance to aid recovery. You can use this as a de-load phase as training I would imagine will put strain / pressure on your eye

    Second day running now, joint lowest bodyweight. The best way I can describe things now with prep is I’m excited to see the changes keep on happening over the coming weeks. What needs to be done, will get done. Kuba is very happy with my visuals, no changes to plan.

    In person client check in posing, with a client who’s on prep. He’s looking very good ahead of our first competition together this year of the back of a productive off season.

    Today’s session my usual upper session, which you can see on the tbjp members site under the videos section.

    Usual rest day for me today. New low bodyweight to, 124.6kg, so 0.4kg down from my lightest weight in prep just over a week ago. I could definitely feel a new low coming, yesterday I felt leaner and boom here is the new low today. Took my check in pics today for feedback tomorrow from Kuba and I am really liking what I am seeing already. Client work ticked off this morning, now out with kerry for a coffee and a little down time

    I don’t know anyone who would split clen up 3 times a day, especially if they actually want to sleep at night

    I agree with Jordan here. To add I don’t know anyone who would be wanting to get lean who
    Would use dbol or tbol especially if bodyfat percentage is already high

    Woke up feeling leaner today through my midsection, I actually thought I was going to see a new low bodyweight but I was 125.4kg, my lightest weight so far this prep was 125kg, so 0.4kg of that weight.

    Anyway currently getting in my morning steps before first work block of the day, then it’s pre workout meal and in the gym for legs.

    Session today will be;

    Leg ext x3
    Hip leg press x3
    Single leg 45 degree leg press
    Lying leg curl x4
    Toe press x2

    Solid training session today. Push numbers matched or progress across the session. Very happy today, especially after a rubbish nights sleep. Check in pics sent over for midweek check in, Kuba was very happy with how things are moving so no changes today business as usual.

    So potentially you might need to adjust your training volume with you coming towards the end of your cycle. It could be that you have reached your peak, recovery is a little slower and therefore lifts are stalling. The other option would be to reset your lifts as you definitely want to be working in higher rep ranges than 4 or 5 reps

    They are there as a tool to assist but not cover up an underlying issue. I agree with Sara with going to get booked in with a physio or sports therapist to see what the underlying cause is and what the steps would be to minimise / remove the pain you feel

    First session of my training week ticked off. Very good session and back in with Karlton for this pull session after not hitting this session together for a few weeks with timings not lining up for us both.

    All the usual exercises and I’m happy with how the session went overall. Still some pain in my right elbow area so was more cautious with some exercises not to put any extra strain. Post workout today posing focused mainly on my quarters turns and also my rear double biceps pose. With the mobility / arthritis in my shoulder I know this will improve as I get leaner but this still doesn’t mean the work needs to be put on hold so I’m drilling these posing rounds.

    Full session today was;

    Prime chest row x2
    Single arm cable row x2
    Cuffed pullover x2
    D handle single pulldown x2
    Upper back pulldown x2
    Rear delt row x3
    Db Preacher curl x3
    Nytram bicep curl x3

    get regular deep tissue on sites bud – helps loads and is IMO vital.

    I would also not recommend rotating between subq and IM

    Completely agree with this. I also find when I’ve seen my physio he does some shockwave therapy on the sites and this works a treat for breaking down any scar tissue.

    Two days in a row my bodyweight is trending downwards since my food was lowered. Please to see this as I know I am stepping forwards here with condition, even though it’s two days mentally it’s good to see. Today is a rest day for me, so the first day since the diet change, a total of 461 calories lower than where my calories were previously with fats and carbs being reduced.

    Morning walk done today fasted as normal. Day chilling with my daughter and kerry today, we will see where the day takes us!
