Leg session today over at king gym. What a great day is was representing gym Leco uk along with kerry and king gym – for their 1 year gym anniversary. Such an epic day speaking with so many people who love all things bodybuilding and also follow my journey. Very grateful for opportunities like this, it makes me super proud to be in this position helping to inspire others. Definitely a tiring day, but worth it. Last meal going in, then off to bed ahead of a long drive back home tomorrow

thats ok too. But the last show we done we done the same process and i was still so so flat on stage….
This definitely should be a conversation with your coach. Review the previous process, what changes (if any could have been made) and use this data heading into peak. Given what you have said here, if you are truly ready then the carb up process can start at the beginning of show week. Remember this is our opinion, always listen to your coach but it’s key now that you communicate with him to ensure you land the look you truly want on stage

Upper session today over at king gym Falmouth. Great gym, atmosphere and hospitality. Nice to be away for a few days with Kerry over in Cornwall representing our sponsors gym Leco. Tomorrow will be an open day at the gym celebrating 1 year of being open so no doubt it’s going to be a very busy day.
Check in feedback from Kuba, he’s really happy with how I am looking. 0.8kg down on average, my steps were 10k but I was averaging just over 11k this last week so he’s upped my steps to 12k. I’m all good with this, whatever needs to be done will get done and it’s keeps the pace up in prep so I’m happy with this

Hi anton
2 days on 1 day off sounds sensible.
A few points based on the above,
Push 1 – you have to back to back lateral raise movements. I would maybe move lying lateral raise higher to maybe the first exercise and leave machine lateral where it is
Push 2 – you have reverse pec deck fly twice, what’s the reason for this? You also have preacher db curl is this because you need more volume for biceps?

Hi guys
Sooooo busy day today… usual steps, client check ins, taking my check in pics from Kuba feedback tomorrow, haircut … oooh and a 5 hour drive between me and kerry lol, we are off to Cornwall today for an event at Kings Gym representing our sponsors Gym Leco, as the gym is kitted out with only Gym Leco equipment and they have recently celebrated 1 year being open. Really looking forward this to and the opportunity to meet other fitness enthusiasts too

Would you say that your lower body is more developed that your upper? The reason I ask is that you second lower session is heavily dominated by arms and medial delts.
You could potentially instead have two lower body sessions, but at the start tag on 2-3sets of arms at the start of your session and then continue with lower.
Example
lower A – preacher curl x3
Lower b – cross body triceps ext x3 -
Another drop in bodyweight today, my body is literally burning through calories, 0.5kg down from yesterday’s previous lowest bodyweight so that has landed me this morning at 125kg.
Very good leg training session today, performance was flying and also felt like my cardiovascular system felt way better too now with me being lighter. Every lift progressed today so I am very happy with that.
Full session was;
Leg ext x3
Gym Leco hip press x3
Single leg 45 degree leg ext x1
Lying leg curl x4
Toe press x2My latest upper session is now live on the tbjp members site too

Hi Liam
I fully agree with Rich here. I would scrap the idea of trying to improve power. The key here for you is stripping this lift right back to basics and working on your form. This weight and form you are heading for an injury, but you can avoid. The power will come but for now working on your execution is 100% needed. Is there a PT in your gym who can work with you to help your form?

Lightest weight of prep so far this morning, 0.3kg down from my previous lightest weight landing me at 125.5kg this morning. Cardio is still out, main output training 5 days a week and steps at 10k currently. I feel like my body is very responsive right now which is a good thing as no changes made since I started prep (except cardio being pulled daily at 2 weeks point) and I’m not into week 3. Had a really good push session today, I trained solo as I had some bloods done this morning so trained after two meals instead of 1.
Sports / Thai massage this afternoon, that was deffo needed and feel so much looser since.
My videos have dropped on the tbjp site today and another 1 will be dropping tomorrow, feel free to check it out and follow along my prep journey this year

Small check in today. Kuba was having with where I am, so cardio stays out for now since being pulled at the weekend. Steps remain at 10k daily and no changes to food plan. Now starting week 3 of prep, last week I ended 1kg down on average on bodyweight so business as usual

I agree with both of the guys here. To add, depending how many times a week you will do this session, I would consider having a rest day in between each session too as this could aid recovery / help progression with lifts

Are you seeing results using the spin bike? If so, if it’s not broke don’t try and fix it

Family day today with Kerry and my daughter, some shopping, trip to the arcades and some chill time. Great way to spend my day, oh and racking up my 10k steps too. Last meal going in today, then off to bed for an early night

If it was me personally, and carbs are low-moderate, then just keep them with your meals from whole
Foods. But that’s me. Did you they might help in the gym.
This would be my take too. Keep your whole meal carbs in your pre and post workout meals
