Where’s the 3-day split intermediate posted?

Or would push day only be 7-8 work sets and full upper day be 15-16?

Basically you’re talking about having an A, B, and C workout for say your push day and rotating through each one each week so you’d be back to A by week 4? How many total work sets should be aimed for on for instance push day, 15? So let’s say 7-8 movements with 2 work sets each?

Jason based on that formula I should be able to get to 240-260lb lean naturally. I don’t think so?
