You could try to inject every 3,5 days. Like monday night and friday morning.
Might be easier to remember.
The dosages are definitely enough for a third cycle.
If you want to do a PCT after this, keep in mind that EQ takes forever to clear out.

150mg anadrol per day is pretty high dosage, don’t run this the whole cycle.
The arimidex seems too much for this stack, I would lower it to 1mg every other day.
Too low estrogen isn’t beneficial, especially when trying to gain size.

In the off season I would pair with whatever gives you the least side effects.
You didn’t mention primo, but if cost isn’t an issue that might be the best.
Other than that, anything is good except tren, because it kills the appetite.Proviron dose depends on what are you using it for. Estrogen management?

I honestly put carbs in my last meal to be able to perform in bed and easier to fall asleep not being hungry. 😀

The estrogen/test ratio might be a little bit high on that blood work.
My libido is the best with estrogen on the lower side, no matter how much gear I’m taking.
Some people are different, that’s my experience.
When morning wood is bad, or non existent, and testosterone is in range, it’s almost always high estro side,
that has nothing to do with psychological issues, because you are sleeping or just waking up.I would try a good trt dosage testosterone, with a low dosage AI. Keeping estrogen low, but not crashing it to zero.
I feel good with 150mg test enanthate, 2x250iu HCG and 2×0,5mg anastrozole per week.Instagram - @kovacsmartin24
