    I would do as Dante suggests in his original routine. Like a 3 day full body. Not upper lower lower.

    I’m currently running a 3 day full body routine.
    Monday Full Body 1
    Wednesday full body 2
    Friday full body 3
    Next Monday full body 4
    Wednesday full body 1
    Friday full body 2

    And so on

    Just my 2 cents.

    Just train. It’s worth for you – or not.

    I was working from 6 to 18 too, than working out every afternoon for 2 hours.

    Motivate yourself !

    Maybe run a 3 day full body routine to spend less days in the gym.

    1st cycle would (in my world) always be Test E only – 250 mg e7d or e5d.

    That would be enough for a nice first cycle. Keep it simple – get your own experiences – and in later cycles you can may stack something in.

    (Maybe she wasn’t hot enough haha – with actual gf no probs on Deca)

    But I combat / would combat such problems w/ Cialis and or Viagra πŸ™‚

    I would say maybe in a power rack – pins on your lowest position – when you know you will not get a single rep up again – slowly lowering the weight to the pins would be an eccentric Failure. I guess.

    I wouldn’t say anyone at 5’10” with 180 lbs will look impressive in any way.

    I’m almost 220 at 5’7″ – under 10% bf – I’m not looking impressive – haha.

    Someone at Jordan’s size looks very impressive imho – or Mr. O sized guys. But no average joe with 180-200 lbs looks impressive – at least in my world.

    As far as I know dairy products tend to make you hold water (I guess because of the lactose) – that’s why they cut it out the last weeks Pre contest. Just what I heard.

    Okay, I will watch the video again – sorry Jp – haha – guess I was too concentrated on writing down the exercises etc. thank you anyway πŸ™‚

    Hey JP – I wanted to ask you a question.

    If I’m going to the gym 3 days per week and train on a full body routine (like you explained in the beginners section video) with 4 rotating routines – how many reps do I do on each exercise ?

    I just wrote down 2 sets of each with the first 5-8 reps and the second set 10-15 reps. (Like you did in your actual plans) Is that okay ? Or would you advise any other rep ranges that would may be better ?
