Leg extensions
Stiff leg deadlifts
Hack squats
Standing calf raises

So if I’m doing 2 sets on everything, I could add one more set and do more reps for better progress next time?

So for example if I think I can do one more rep and decide to do it but in the middle I realize I can’t do it I just stop and let go?

Yeah thats what I meant by failure, the last rep that u can get with a full range of motion before hitting a complete failure. Thank you guys, really appreciate it.

As u all said, it will be better for me to buy a lot of food and focus on eating. I’m curently taking 7g creatine.

I will drink them while training… and can I take them on rest days aswell?

Yeah that’s what I was thinking, I’m taking only creatine and drinking a lot of water (sometimes the Bcaa’s) but I’ve been thinking and don’t know if I should make my creatine intake to 10g

My other question is, do I need amino acids when I’m only 17 years old? I have also heard that it is not needed when u are younger than 18 years.

I consume around 3k calories a day but the problem is that it is mostly fat and carbs, I never have enough protein. I can send you log of my foods on instagram if u’d like because I’ve seen that if people send photos on this app it doesn’t show up.

The workout looks fine. The question is, how are you executing the movements, are you training to failure with the right execution, are you recovering, are you fueling your body for growth, etc etc
I’m making sure that I do everything with a good form yes, and I’d say my recovery is not bad at this moment

Seems like the problem is my nutrition as you all mentioned, this is gonna sound stupid but I have been on a dirty bulk for like a month now and already gained 2kg which is impresive for me but on the other hand I’m not eating the right foods and I’m not getting enough protein and I’d like to know some high protein foods if ya’ll could tell me some.
