Did you progress your lifts ? If so yes , crack on
Today I progressed on every lift yeah, legpress went up 20kg since last session

Personally I’d go slightly moderate reps 5+ on the first set , 8+ on second & if you did a third then 12+ to allow you to work across different rep ranges [/quote]

I mean I’m doing everything with the right form because I took my time learning so there should be no problem

Yes I do have an abbductor machine, I’ll add it for sure

I’d say I have a pretty good choosing of excersises that could work perfectly for me.
Leg curls
Leg press
Leg extensions
Stiff leg deadlifts
Hack squats
Standing calf raises
Seated calf raisesAs I already written that in my “leg workout” question.

So if I’m doing 2 sets on everything, I could add one more set and do more reps for better progress next time?

So for example if I think I can do one more rep and decide to do it but in the middle I realize I can’t do it I just stop and let go?

Yeah thats what I meant by failure, the last rep that u can get with a full range of motion before hitting a complete failure. Thank you guys, really appreciate it.

As u all said, it will be better for me to buy a lot of food and focus on eating. I’m curently taking 7g creatine.
