Depends on how advanced your current level of musculature is. – for very developed people, around that age and onwards they may start to see some decline in certain bodyparts. Mainly down to weaker contraction signalling in the muscle. In other bodyparts you won’t have that issue as much.

Also depends on if you’ve got every other metric in check, cardiovascular fitness, digestive health, recovery, nutrition – as those will also play a large factor in sustainability

Genetics ultimately play a massive part too in all this – particularly generic joint health, some people’s joints just don’t last as long

To sum up, progress can be made just make sure you get heart scans and other assessments done at intervals to ensure that everything is running smoothly – as using anabolics with age comes risks

Increase your iron intake via food next 2/3 weeks then do a blood donation. Previous comment is correct that this is caused by overproduction of RBC (polycythemia) draining ferritin

Prolonged GH causes bone growth, akin to what’s seen in acromegaly patients. So more developed mandible, protruding eyebrows etc. so yes it will cause some degree of growth depending on duration and dosage

Use tamoxifen/nolva in the meantime until you get your bloods done in a few weeks time. This way your e2 levels won’t be manipulated for an accurate result for your test and the risk of gyno will be mitigated in the meantime

So using finasteride during comp prep only helped with the conversion of test to dht. It does nothing for DHT derivatives as they don’t interact with 5ar

So with that knowledge that the finasteride only helped with hair loss sides form test – you may want to keep it in whilst doing trt

In all honesty I don’t know any of the athletes here who do db pullover or any pullover thats not as a pre-activation tool on maybe a cable stack

    – it’s simply not a great lat builder to have in your arsenal

You could start pushing now and that wouldn’t be a bad option by all means. But personally I’d diet for 2-3 weeks longer just to give you the best possible starting point

    My viewpoint has always been

    – if you’re going to take exogenous hormones which will cause damage to your body however mild that may be – take the cycle that will give the best cost/benefit.

In other words start the cycle that will give the potential for the most musculature gain and comparatively little impact on bloodwork and systemic stress

This ends up being around 500mg and a combination of test and a dht derivative. E.g. 300mg test 200mg primo/masteron

    make it worth your while.

Peoples arguments are usually – why start them on 500mg when you can make great progress on 200mg. – well because by their 2nd or 3rd cycle they will naturally gravitate to that 500mg mark because whilst you can make great progress on 200mg, the different to 300mg of test and 200mg primo is vast. – so may as well start at that for only a minor increase in bodily stress

Splitting a leg day is useful for people who are very strong and perhaps can’t deal with too much volume during a session. Training quads in itself is incredibly demanding, so naturally hamstring intensity may lag behind later in the session

Gyno surgery is incredibly fast recovery – only superficial wounds, won’t need peptides at all

Depends on how much aromatising compounds mg you were using beforehand. The more you used on cycle the longer it takes to clear down to trt androgen levels – therefore the longer supraphysiological of e2 will remain in your bloodstream.

You may wish to leave an ai in until e2 levels subside. You should not be using an ai however after that for the remainder of your cruise

Pausing in the shortened range E.g. when the muscle is fully contracted may have some merit. This is where the age old theory that for example if you hold the contraction on a leg extension it brings out more detail, and increases the depth of the grooves and separation

Is there any truth to this? I don’t know. Could be pure myth. But the theory can be given to all bodyparts.

By all means try it and see for yourself. Ask 100 people on their opinions of fitness and muscle building and you’ll get 100 different variations. Your job is to discern what is fact from fiction for you. A bit of experimentation is part of what everyone goes through, so if you find something intriguing give it a go and see

Yes but no one really makes any decisions based on the ester cleaver figures. Just stick to total mg regardless of ester.
