I ageee with Michaela we’re probably stabbing in the dark to give you a definitive answer – getting a specialist to look over it or a scan if they feel it’s needed

I agree with the guys start with 20-40 and then taper up, I don’t really ever personally go higher than 100-120 mcg 🙂

Rohan great – best bet, find a bb in your gym or a big guy and ask who they get there bits from

    Hey Guys

    Hope you’re well –

    Rest day today –

Spent working, had a massage, went to the tip (too much cardboard to fit in our bin from Christmas haha)….should probably make a weekly trip there as we definitely over flow every bin with the amount of food and plastic things we use as bodybuilders!! And I saw my family as my mum and dad came to help me take the Christmas lights off the house if I’d have done it alone I’d have probably fallen and broke my neck (like what nearly happened before Christmas, my dad was not happy haha so I had to get him to help me this time!)

    Excited for legs tomorrow

I agree with Ryan here – if certain compounds don’t work with you don’t use them and use ones that you potentially feel better with.

    Hey Guys.

False call new split isn’t starting this week so still doing the same.

Todays session was positive, it’s the session we’re now doing at the north Leeds ultra flex rather than Rotherham. The prime incline press is really nice and there isn’t one at Rotherham so nice to use it.

    The session was :
    Single arm y raise
    Hammer shoulder press
    Prime incline press
    Dips
    Cable side raise
    Single arm tricep extension
    Abs and calves.

Things are still moving nice with prep – my visuals have changed a lot this week so that’s a positive

Happy New Years Eve to everyone.

A rest day here before the new split commences. We will be doing set days per week with Thursday and Sundays off.

Tomorrow is push + glutes will feedback on how it went tomorrow.

Todays been a nice day – some last bit admin jobs to start before the big bulk of check ins start again tomorrow. I also went out with my mum which was lovely we don’t get a lot of opportunities to spend time together just me and her, so that was really lovely.

It could be several issues. Poor mobility, poor recovery, not warming up enough before sessions. Stress, not enough sleep can also cause cognitive issues and slow reactions.

Do you have regular soft tissue/chiro/massage treatment?

My mobility was definitely poor but has gotten much better and I have been adding in a good amount of mobility work per week. I usually take about 5-10 min to warm up prior to training then we do about 30 minutes of drilling before any hard sparing so I’m pretty warm by that point. I usually sleep 6-8 hours. Most of the time between 6-7 though. I have a 4 month old so sleep is difficult lol

I don’t have a regular soft tissue message treatment but I recently found someone who I can definitely start going to more often. I’m just so sick of these constant injuries. [/quote]
It could be your programming or even how you’re executing your lifts xx

    Hey Guys

A big weight drop for me today, but one that’s welcomed as things have been coming down but a tad slow, I felt it yesterday haha. But glad for it

A solid leg day took a bit of weight off the hip hinge as it felt a little slow and wobbly today, still nice and strong with everything else:) so I’m happy

Rest day tomorrow and another check in day it’s a rest day so can wait for some light go come up before taking them as I don’t eat till a tad later on a rest day

I agree with the guys until you try you’ll not know.
