Happy Saturday All
A great day watching the first day of the O some incredible athletes and amazing to see the level of competition and quality of athletes in my class. The look here in America is very different to what they go for in Europe, but I love it.
Just watching the finals of the O for the guys. Samson and James both looking fantastic 🙏🏼🙏🏼

I’ve seen some great bio feedback from clients – they are very much on it with there training, nutrition and recovery as well though – remember nothing is magic you have to put in the work too 🙌🏽

Hey Guys
Hope you’re all super good
First day of comps here at the O and we watched Rhea in figure this morning, was amazing to see her up on that stage! Her family also came out and I’ve not seen them for a long time as Rhe had moved to the states so it was amazing to see them and cuddle them
This evening we will watch the finals and the men’s open pre judging – excited for that!

Anyone who is inclined to grow (everywhere or just in specific areas) will – genetics do play a large role
Those with superior genetics would grow and be even better if they did train effectively (if they don’t) and those of us who have to graft to grow will see better results from training well and training hard with yhatv

I agree with hilly a 1lb or maybe a little more per week – but again some people can gain more without getting fat it’s about optimal training and optimal eating and managing things off the look and data to increase a little at a time if needed. As you don’t want to stay stagnant too long in a build phase
I’d always do a slight maintenance at the end of a growth phase prior to solidify the tissue before heading into a diet.

Travel day to the states today
Sad to be saying bye to the doggies and the snow! Hopefully the snow will still be here when we get back
A stressful few days getting things sorted, makes it not super exciting to go to be honest, but all is sorted ready to go!
Ready to get on that plane and knock out some serious ZZzzzzs 🙌🏽

Hey Guys
Hope you’re good
A great check in today – obviously bw has risen a little (0.5kg) since the food bump – the condition is good, I’ll show an update soon.
A great session yesterday but definitely tired – good progress – but less full/pump which is a sign for me personally of being tired
Spent the day today getting all things ready for America tomorrow 🙌🏽

So you’re almost bringing it a step back with less specificity by taking out the chest + arm top up day.
Are you a competitor? If so what class?
Do you have any pics?If you’re having 2 rotations i think having 2 seperate sessions to be progression going for longer on your set up is ideal. I’ve found great progress since having a hammie focused day and a quad focused day. But it really depends on how you’re looking, your level of training and your goals

Push Day
”Twas a good one ( I feel we can use that term this of year only )
Solid progress on all fronts – I actually hit my last offseasons peak body weight today – weight doesn’t mean much if it doesn’t look good – but sat here and definitely looking much bigger from all angles so happy days and much better condition too. I’m looking forward to solidifying and gaining mass this year with prep beginning the later part of 2023 🙌🏽

Clare’s answer is so true
I think if you’re coming into the industry so young doing something in person will be good – it’ll set your client base up whilst young, which eventually can move to online when the time is right and you’re busy and reputable
I find a great way to learn is working with someone im inspired by also with not just the phsyique but the knowledge – alongside courses. Reputable educational courses not smaller courses that are very generic but those that are good to put into practise. Knowledge is everything, having great people skills is also ebehyhjnf and having a passion for it to up keep your support for clients is also everything
