Hey All.
So busy Monday! I worked, completed client check ins, video feedback from there training, food prepped, dog walked and then headed to the gym for Legs.
Session was STRONG! PB on compounds and felt fresh after my deload. Legs are ready for a rest tomorrow though.
This evening caught up on all client work!
Now it’s time to SLEEP!

Whats the reason behind dark choc? ?
Hey Johan, to add in fats to my diet especially on rest days to aid recovery along with my proteins and lower carb. Dark chocolate is just my fat of choice as I love it!

Continue to train legs but leave upper body until you are out of the cast!

Hey All!
Hope you’ve all had a great weekend.
Today was a rest day for me – I slept a little longer which was good! And then I dog walked, food shopped, food prepped, saw a friend, saw my family and completed all client work and consultations
Ready for another busy week ahead 🙂 ??

Happy Sat
Today I spent the morning seeing some of my clients at the gym to help with there training form and posing it was really lovely to meet them face to face.
I also did all client check in work and sent accross the plans I completed yesterdayI trained push – all numbers were up – felt slightly fatigued but nothing too bad.
From check in daily we are checking on condition – flatness and making a call each day as to the plan of attack. Cals are still the same: 2.6k on training days. 2.2k I’m rest days – training push, pill, legs split and supps are still the same with 10mg of anavar and 1 tab yohimbine 🙂

I brace before each rep – the more you do it the better you will become of it. Like Joe says bracing enables you to perform movements with the greatest form x

A nice time to deload before getting back into it next week. Don’t go all guns blazing when you’re back in the gym after so long away

Hey Al
Busy one today – I worked and completed a new client set up ?? dog walked, food prepped and then headed up to Durham this evening for legs
Session was good and strong trained with @caitlin-hill-3 – really enjoyed training with her, I find it hard to train with others but Caitlin knows how to take it there which I truly admire ?? anyhow managed a PB on the leg press – the hack I didn’t but last time I went into that fresh off the back of some isolation work so was a little pre exhausted so a solid session all round!

Hey All
Happy Tuesday 🙂
So today was a rest day for me. I’ve not felt 100% the last couple days so I took this morning to sleep a little longer and rest whilst doing my work.
I also had massage, food shopping, food prep to do – thus evening it’s burger time again 🙂 as scale weight hasn’t moved too much.Meg Sylvester IFBBPRO

Hey Trevor like Oscar says build a plan that is specific to you and your bio mechanics.
You can take ideas from most of our logs as to how May sets and reps we run for compound and isolation movements but pick movements that work best for you!
