Check in Day and we’re down to 57.1kg. No changes and looking tighter.

I’m real excited to show we’re in at physique wise very very soon. Not just yet though ?

Hope you’ve all had a good day. Leg day today. Hack day. With some pre exhaust leg extensions added in so I’m looking to keep weight and reps the same on hacks and leg press let’s see….,

    Hey All
So rest day for me – I am in the process of going full time with my coaching so biking all information for the team and all my sheets for current clients and new clients which is exciting. I also did normal work, dog walking, food prepping and sat down for at least a second I think ???

WOW Meg….that is amazing!! ? does that mean you’re no longer going to be in your corporate banking work? x

    Hey Jayne

So one of my clients is 55 years old – she was struggling to loose fat or gain muscle after years of doing same training and dieting and meaning food was never able to build up.

It sounds similar for you. Claire is right the older we get the less responsive our bodies do become but this doesn’t mean it doesn’t work at all. It sounds like your body is tired. I’d recommend building up calories gradually, whilst keeping body composition at a good place.
You can look to change up training to keep things fresh. I add all my sessions to my log you can have a look at ideas on there.

Then once you have built cals up you can manipulate to loose or gain as you want this way body will respond a little better.

    Hey Meg,
Do you find the reps and sets you use enough for muscle growth? I noticed a majority of JP athletes use this method but I haven’t seen it before

    Hey Beth

    Hope you’re well!
Yes I find the top set and back off set has been the best for muscle development for me. Recovery is great during and after session which helps with development x

    Hey David.

Firstly I’d go get it scanned you can’t really self diagnose on these things and no one can diagnose this over the phone as people get different reactions from sprains/breaks. I personally never bruise so much even when I have broken bones.

Until you know what is going on in there I wouldn’t train and would stick to rest day meals. Then once you know exactly what is wrong then you can begin to plan what your next move is

Yes a shake and but butter like the guys say or add in the yoghurt to your shake is nice also.

Ensure you’re up early and asleep early so you have time for meals to be spaced out so that you are ready and digest meals properly.
