Today was a busy one for me. I’m super tired this evening but good tired haha
I dog walked, food shopped, food prepped, saw family and trained legs.
Legs was a good session worked up to 330 on banded leg press and 280kg on back super sick!

Hey – like Jimmy says it’s super good for the jump – helping with regulating blood pressure. I do add a pink salt to all meals and we add in some to intra workout drink and post workout meal too c

Check in day today and I was down to 58.15kg this morning so lightest weigh in of prep! I’m happy ish with how we look.
Worked today, food prepped, dog walls and then trained pull – session was strong I worked up to 37.5kg on split squats and 125kg for 12 on RDLs were still running could on these which is good. But Kuba wants me to swap out for dead stop stiff legs now x

Hey – so people generally get this when there is an intolerance to certain foods. It may be a good idea to swap this out.
If you want to use rice I find Thai Jasmin rice digests and sits really well on the stomach

Hey everyone
Hope you’re all okay.
Today was a typo Wednesday- I worked, dog walked m, food prepped.
Then this evening I trained push – I managed to maintain all weight and numbers this week. Push is always one I struggle to progress with on prep but mind over matter and I will be even better next time.
Check in tomorrow morning. We have upped check in to every 3 days now to keep an eye on things a little closer x

So today I worked, food prepped, dog walked and trained legs
Session was good and strong I need to remember to take a pic of my log book – but I worked up to 350kg on leg press for a solid 10 so exciting that everything is still progressing even this far into prep! ☺️ just how things should be
