    rest day today

weight: 113.1 this morning. 30min daily cardio done at 5:30 before work, looking forward to my first physio session post surgery, been sick for one week post surgery, then went to italy for another week, thats why it took 2.5weeks till my first treatment. Knee feeling good, no pain, little swelling, skin feels tight. Gotta do some mobilisation for my scar and get that knee smooth and mobile. Cardio on the bike is no problem.

Using the extra rest day to recover and then crush my pull session tomorrow, always excited for my sessions the last few weeks. Really enjoying every single session!

Thank you so much guys, really amazing how quickly you re reacting and helping!

Would you agree that 2.5mg anavar fpr 8 weeks on and then a 16 week off phase would be a reasonable timframe for on and off phases on that dose?

Do you guys trust that a 10mg pill is evenly distributed when cutting it in fourths or is there a better way to divide the dosage? Like maye make a solution and then dose it with drops?

I like the 2.5mg anavar , I think that’s a very good idea! She will do great on that . Stay super patient

Thank you for that super quick response Jordan! Appreciate that a lot, like you cant imagine! She likes the answer 😉

Finally decided to end my mini cut today, weight was 108.3kg and my look got a little tighter again.

Will increase my carbs quite a bit because i feel like my mood finally gets affevted by those 450g since i came from about 1000g and dropped immediately to 450 to speed up the process.

Thinking about going to 750 now, knowing my body can handle carbs extremely good anfd i will feel so much fitter right away

Training now will be UPPER LOWER, with two rotations

    Nutrition will be

    TD 780c 440p 65f

    nTD 550c 420p 65f

Is it lean lean enough to go back up? Thats always the question, love beeing lean…. ^^

So finally a constant sub 109kg, the last 3 days have been at around 108.4kg

Switched to Upper Lower, currently trying different things. Love the legs only day for now and i feel i can recover better than on a FB Push Pull split.

Figuring out how i am going to plan my sessions so i dont shoot my knees (torn my quads last year) so this one is gonna be interesting!

This thread is what it’s all about…..Jordan has nailed it and it was probably the acceptance and kicknionthenarsenyiu needed to think exactly that “fuck it” lets get to work!

#Showthem hits the nail on the head!

I agree with Jordan it’s the kind of thing you need to look at and go fuck this and do everything you can and push

Obviously you can look into physio, sports therapy and get on all the recovery stuff you can but ultimately you just need to have the not giving up mindset

Will do whatever i can, as i said, i am not giving up, never missed a single session besides the days i was in hospital. Pussying around is not my style.
Agree with you guys, will just keep using that chest and triceps until it activates again, whatever it takes, trial and error

I absolutely get the point, and i actually hoped you would reply with corinnes story! Not joking!

I am not gonna give up, never did. Tore my quads, was in the gym the next day^^
Maybe it will come back, maybe not. Nevertheless i will train as good as i can obviously.
Never just trained to step on a stage, so doesnt really change much.

Thought maybe someone had smth similar and had smth i could try that i didnt think of already, but thats just stupid in retrospective, as you said, only i know what i can and cant do!

Thanks for the butt kick! Very much appreciated

TSH will suppressed from exogenous thyroid use

The same as your natural HPTA axis will be shut down from using test.

Absolutely normal and to be expected

Thx so much kuba! So nothibg to worry about for her atm. Appreciate the time!

so when your taking t3 your TSH will bottom out so this is very normal.

There is room to bump that t3 up based on bloods to as she’s not even sitting above mid range currently on 20mcg – if she is dieting that is 🙂

    Thx a lot!
She did diet down, currently in a rebounding phase now.
Would you just keep an eye on t3 while going up in weight and adjust accordingly from time to time if t3 would increase?
How would she know if she can drop the medication, because this would be her end goal, if possible
