Thanks, just ordered a Tomahawk one from a recent gym owner. It hasn’t really been used because he had 10 of them

Sounds awesome! Enjoy the ride! Literally!!

I 100% agree wirth jordan here! A cheap one will ruin your butt and your mood. You want something with a smooth resistance and a comfy seat, otherwise even 20mins will suck!! Haha

I actually do have a small adonoma on my pituitary gland. All my doctors tell me that this has no clinical significance even though i think it could have one. Could explain the E2 and the Prolactin if its a prolactimo or smth in that category

Thx mate!!!

This defo could be the case.

My dad has a prolactimona. His prolactin can be 1700 on a bad day

All else normal
Holy shit and i already feel like a piece of shit with 50-60 crazy

I would pay for estrogen sensitive test to make sure it actually is correct –

So here the standard is the ECLIA Test which isnt high sensitive, i have to check with my doctor, because all the labs here – including the one all my 3 docoters use – just offer the ECLIA analysis…….

I’m not as against a.i , but it’s just logical if running a certain dose of drug, to use something that allows for e2 control amidst it . If the cost / ml total is something you want to avoid , then I defo would just use an a.i , as Inherently the health ramifications are no real diff , when it’s all used moderately . In fact when you think about long term , large scale numbers , there are a lot more people in the world being prescribed a.i for breast cancer treatment than primo for whatever off label shit they can even prescribe it for now , and the health implications from the long term a.i use aren’t showing anything concerning / that the drug needs to be altered or changed . But as I say, it defo makes sense if pushing the mg total up, to control with with anabolics if poss

this sounds more like my personal preference tbh, not trying to take the easy way here, but when thinking about a dose escalation later the next few months and the injection volume that will come with it, i m more a fan of mast. Also was test and mast the two compounds that i tolerated the best since getting into that stuff, didnt see a difference in E2 when i was using primo last year for a few months.

would be a nice thought being able to control E2 without AIs, but until now it never worked that well, never got lower than 350-450 even on 200tE and 1400mast or 800primo and 600mast….

another strange thin is, exemestan doesnt really work well neither, with 25mg e2d it drops to like 250-300 on the other hand 1/4 letro e2d always worked in the past

so will try that for now, will get my bloods done again in 4 weeks and will report back what it looks like

again thank you very much for you insights, apreciate your time and help very much!

Thats actually what i thought as well, will try that, even if injection volume and price sucks, gotta suck it up. Maybe do a mix later on when doing a dose escalation, IF the primo trial works

Was working with AIs in the past and found that 1/4 letro e2d did the job. I know AIs are not the best way to go though……

Thx guys!!

Is your mast real ?

Feeling honored getting JPs expertise
Was thinking the same thing, but that what else could it be? If it was test, my test levels should ve way higher, wouldn’t they?
Would love to upload my bloods, but somehow an error occurs every time i try.
Very curious what you think could be the issue with me. Always had to use AIs ind the past otherwise my E2 is over 500y. Also had gyno 4 years ago after getting trt prescribed by my doctor….. strange things here

Push Up didnt exactly go according to plan as of right now, had to quit the work with my coach since i hate waiting 3-4 days for simple replies and i also hate moving videocalls like 4 times until his schedule finally fits in……

Weight dropped on the calories we allocated to myself, went from a top 107kg down to 105-105.5kg

I know my body from previous push ups, so i decided to take a more drastic approach just like i am used to. Bumped my calories on TD from 5514 to 6983 and NTD from 4441 to 5617, the last 4 days that kept my weight around 106.5-106.9kg

TD: 542p, 67f, 1004c

NTD: 502p, 64f, 720c

We will see where that takes me!

Was wondering to lower my protein and increase carbs instead but it worked so well the last time, and i think its wiser to not raise the carbs to like 1150-1200 already due to the insulin that requires…… we ll see what the progress will show, and from there i will make my decisions

Sounds like you’ve made the right decision. You shouldn’t be waiting that long to hear a response and if you’re second guessing what they’re saying, then I would say they’re not the right coach for you. Sometimes doing things by yourself for a while can help you to understand your body a little more and give you the opportunity to experiment. Maybe pick up a different coach that is more suited to you later down the line.
That is exactly what i thought to myself! No one feels how i m feeling but me. Only thought that goes through my mind is if i should reduce my protein a bit in favour of carbs, but for now it works and i love my food the way it is rn. I feel like the ratio of mearts and carbs on a plate have to kinda match so it doesnt taste bland.

Maybe one day i ll find a coach that will fit my needs 😉
