Daily microdosing of injectables, supplement with nattokinase and make sure you’re always well hydrated.

Hi bro, I can’t get the bloods to open via the link but it sounds like high E2.
What I would do is lower your test down to about 200mg and split that dosage into 3-4 injections per week.
You could then add on some Proviron, this will most definitely get you feeling better quickly. Obviously adding something like mast or primo would help in this aspect too and be better at building muscle however it will take a little longer to kick and no doubt you want to feel better asap so Proviron should help you get back on track until you decide what to do in terms of e2 management long term.

I wouldn’t be able to sleep with myself knowing that I got a trouble following me like this.
Did you ever try hypnosis ?
No but now that you’ve mentioned it, that would be a good option I think. Thanks for all the replies. I find this forum to be really helpful.

I’ve struggled on and off for years with binge eating and found Reta has totally helped me stop that. It’s been a life changing compound for me and I couldn’t be happier.
I was more just asking out of curiosity which would potentially be better for appetite suppression as I find my sleep isn’t as good on reta as it was when I wasn’t on it and I’ve heard Triz is better in that aspect so I was just considering a combination of both so I could maybe get my Reta down a touch or just switch totally to Triz.

Granted they went in with high dose lol
I have him using Reta from profroma – appetite suppression ain’t anywhere near same to triz
Thanks for that Kuba.
I guess I’ll need to try Triz and see how I get on.
Would a combination of the 2 be something to consider?

MemberMarch 31, 2026 at 1:54 pm in reply to: Putting weeks worth of injectables in 1 vial for daily injectionsNo just for at home. It was just so microdosing was a little easier. So say I’m taking 250mg per week test and 200mg of primo. Both are 1ml for the dosage. So I would put 1ml of each in a vial then that’s my total for the week. Then divide 2ml by 7 to get my daily amount.

If you’re trying from the app try from PC/Laptop on the site and see if that helps !

You have posted this in the wrong section.
Thanks Hilly, I’ve moved it to the members log section. It isn’t allowing me to add pictures however. Not sure if it’s the app or something on my end.

Thanks 🙏💪

A lot of reviews have said it made them very anxious and jittery, but worked well with appetite suppression, is that would you found then mate?
Yes bro it does suppress appetite for sure

Hi bro, I’ve used it a little bit and I won’t lie I hated how it made me feel.
It works in terms of appetite suppression but it made me feel quite on edge.
250mcg was tolerable, 500mcg definitely was not.
I would suggest starting at 250mcg and even dosing it eod at first. I found it lingered on me longer than a day.
I hope this helps bro.
