Great push session with kevin today. First time back to decline bench press in a very long time. Felt epic.

I’m with hilly. This is far to much protein in my opinion.

Rest day today. First day back on prep mode for a possible Arnold’s in march. We were just upping the food. No increase of anabolics at this point so far

I wouldn’t mind about weight fluctuations under 2kg depending on how heavy you are. It can be water weight or stomach volume. If you have been to the bathroom before weighing or not. So don’t stress yourself. Just check if the weight is increasing or decreasing over a time period

2nd rest day in a row today! Legs still feeling really really sore! Rest is ok! Still feeling so happy about my outdoor gym! The people love it and this feels so amazing to me! Pull session with Kevin tomorrow!

Rest day today. My legs are feeling very sore. Was working again on building my outdoor gym today. Everybody loves ot and i’m so happy about it

Maybe some good fats and extra calories but no extra benefits in my opinion.

Another busy day building my outdoor gym. Bought a new chest press this morning. Really looking forward to my push session tomorrow.
