    Great push session with kevin today. First time back to decline bench press in a very long time. Felt epic.

    Decline bench 2 sets
    Smith machine military press 2 sets
    Dip machine 3 sets
    Cable rope extension 2 sets
    Kettle bell overhead extensions 1 set rest pause
    Side lateral machine 1 set rest pause
    Peck deck 1 set

    Rest day today. First day back on prep mode for a possible Arnold’s in march. We were just upping the food. No increase of anabolics at this point so far

    I wouldn’t mind about weight fluctuations under 2kg depending on how heavy you are. It can be water weight or stomach volume. If you have been to the bathroom before weighing or not. So don’t stress yourself. Just check if the weight is increasing or decreasing over a time period

    Pull session with kevin today. First time regular bb row back in the rotation. Felt very heavy but good.

    Hammer strength iso lateral underhand pulldown 2 sets
    Barbell rows 140×10, 100×15
    Hammer strength low row 2 sets
    Seated cable row 2 sets
    Rear delt machine 1 set
    Reverse shrugs 1 set
    Dumbell preacher curls 2 sets
    Kettle bell incline bench curls 3 sets

    2nd rest day in a row today! Legs still feeling really really sore! Rest is ok! Still feeling so happy about my outdoor gym! The people love it and this feels so amazing to me! Pull session with Kevin tomorrow!

    Rest day today. My legs are feeling very sore. Was working again on building my outdoor gym today. Everybody loves ot and i’m so happy about it

    Are you still making progress with your lifts mate? If you are still getting strong I won’t change anything! Also keep an eye on your bodyfat levels!

    Leg session with Kevin today! Everything was great. Just me knee hurt a little on the V squat! But rest felt great!

    Seated calve raises 1 set triple drop
    Adductor machine 2 sets
    Lying leg curls 2 sets
    V- Squat 2 sets
    Close stand leg press 2 sets
    Seated leg curls 3 sets

    Whatever fits your individual daily regime best mate. Don’t overcomplicate things. Overall daily caloric intake is important

    At a certain point you need to decide what is more important to you because at a certain level one will block the other.

    I also new fron 2 friends who sufferd a biceps tear from boxing
