I’m very sad. Tomorrow will be the first day i have to close my gym since we opened 8 years ago! ???? Not in the mood to train today. Maybe that’s good for my sore ellbows. I try to think as positive as possible.

Rest day for me today. I’m very worried about how things are going to develop because of the corona virus. I don’t care about the virus at all but it hurts me a lot economically. When I have to close my gym for a longer period of time i’m going to be ruined! But I try to stay positive as good as I can!

Yeah like most said before, try to make sure your execution and mind muscle connection are perfect. Maye take a few sessions with a good personal trainer!

I think it’s a huge misunderstanding that a belt will protect your lower back! A belt helps you create a better intra abdominal pressure and this makes it safer to lift with a neutral spine which will definitely will protect your back but the belt itself just helps you with better breathing!

I would say it’s just personal preference which belt you feel more comfortable with!

Back feeling great from the pull session yesterday! I’m pretty sore but not completely destroyed! Going to have a restday today! Everybody is freaking out here in Austria about the Corona Virus! I hope I don’t have to close the gym soon because our schools are already closed!

I just would increase cardio when you fat loss is stalling to create a higher deficit. I would increase time to 30min and not the intensity.

I believe rest pause is a method for really advaced lifters and i would not suggest it for beginners. Focus on getting stronger on your regular sets until you built a decent amount of muscle mass and strength before considering any intensiviers
