I bought myself a cheap used stationary bike and love doing it in the morning or before my last meal in the evening but if post workout is the only possible time do your cardio after your weight sessions. I like steady state cardio

I don’t like supersets because I want to concentrate on the one muscle group that I’m working on and create the best mind muscle connection possible! I can’t generate that switching between two exercises!

Great early morning leg session today! Very low in volume but high in intensity!
Seated calve raises (triple drop set with a dc stretch)
Lying leg curls 1 set with 3 partials to finish
Leg press 1 set 30 reps with rest pause (got 12 reps on my first failure point and continued with rest pause reps till I hit 30)
V-Sqaut 1 set 300kg x 6
Standing leg curls 1 set
Addcutor machine whole stack x 21 reps
Abductor machine 1 set -
There can be water fluctuations too. Especially when you change esthers but as a general guideline i would say 0,5 to 1kg max per week!

Feeling overall pretty sore today! Hopefully my ellbows recover a little till the next upper body sessions! Today will be a rest day for me!
I’m very happy my friend Fabian Mayr took his pro card in classic physique yesterday at the Arnolds! And also a huge win for my coach @Stefan Kienzl! Very happy for both of them!

The only thing they seemed usefull to my was druing my powerlifting prep for improving my grip strength in the deadlift!

Push session today! Ellbow really fucked my session up but I was still able to hit 2 pb’s at the free barbell military press!
Cabel rear delt 1 set (triple drop)
Barbell military press 120×6, 100×13
Dip machine 1 set rest pause
Banded extensions 2 sets
Dumbell kickbacks 1 sets rest pause
Side lateral machine 3 sets

And try to improve your posing as good as possible. Maybe find a coach who can show you how to do the fdb best for your individual structure.

Very good pull session today. Just my left ellbow is in a little bit of pain at a few exercises.
Underhand grip lat pulldown 2 sets
Ez bar underhand grip bb rows 110×7, 90×12
Hammer strength parallel row 2 sets
Hammer strength iso lat for upper back 2 sets
Smith machine deadlift 1 set
Rear delt machine 1 sets

MemberMarch 4, 2020 at 5:10 pm in reply to: Tracking Calories burned from cardio/activity.Sounds like you are doing everything right so far. Don’t calculate cal burnt from cardio. Just decrease caloric intake a little when you hit a plateau with your fat loss.

Felt really beaten after yesterday’s leg session. Those heavy pb’s take a hard beating on my cns but i really love workouts like these.

Had an amazing leg session later today. Didn’t feel very good but finished with 3 amazing pb’s.
Standing calve raises 1 set (triple drop with a dc stretch)
Seated calve raises 2 sets
Leg extensions whole stack +5kg x13
Smith machine squats 5 plates x4, 4 plates x7
Single leg legpress 3 sets
Adductor machine 1 set -
3 month post show. Was getting my blood work done this morning. Can’t wait to get the results.
