What does your wifes day to day food plan look like? What is her current cardio routine? Does she track her daily steps?
If you can help by giving us some more information we will be able to advise better
He eats little, she doesn’t like sugar and only eats 40gr of oatmeal in the morning, her only source of carbs in the day and I had to force her to eat.
I feel like it’s a water retention issue; if you have a solution there.

My wife is not fat at all, she has a waistline that looks like a 15-year-old child; it’s just these legs that are too big for her, she would like rods as she says lol, but nothing helps they remain too big.

Sorry for hijacking this thread for making another question. However, its related.
Is there a limit to how many uis I should take in one shot? 3/4 iu is max? I plan to take 8 iu m/w/f in an off season. 🙂That’s an excellent question. As some say it is better to take it all at once; I believe that Denis James said take a single large dose of HGH upon waking, and others say that it is better to take it in several times. Where is the truth ?

It’s a very individual basis some people will simply not need as much as others, it’s completely about what works for you and truly taking sets to the end. Over time training you learn what works for you and what doesn’t and then you can allocate more sets to body parts that need it.
It also depends on if said athlete is continuing to grow or just maintain etc

One last Kuba question please; did you get this huge doing this style of training or did you gain all these muscles doing a split with a lot more volume?
I grew most when I lowered my training volume, I was noticeable smaller Doing higher volume never really got over solid 250, hit 280 this year in better condition
High volume works well if you want to stay small[/quote]

Michel, 6 years is a long time and it may well just be you were at your peak then and replicating that as the years pass gets harder and harder , our digestion gets less efficient , our injection sites get beat up , our
Knees and elbows get tired so can’t load the same , so many things contribute to a decline in the look over a 6 year period when your a larger male bodybuilder , as it’s taken so much abuse from food and drugs to get to a certain pointThank you very much for your response

It all comes down to learning individual needs over time and how to maximize one given set. And then we allocate how many sets are needed per body part based on our weaknesses and strengths and recoverability.
Never assume what a pro is doing 10+ years into their career is what they started at!
