    Gyno ive had for years so it’s not going any where. And not had bloods done as of yet i have during my last cruise but it was at docs and just standard health markers..I would like to get bloods done so I can accurately work out my correct ai dosage for a specific dose ie 300mg test e .
    So would you advise say run 300mg test e with 1mg adex m/w/f And get bloods to see what test / estro is ? Best to day get bloods done mid week etc ?

    Can’t stand cooking and takes up far too much time lol . I didn’t mean an actual food prep place just ready packed meals lile muscle food and my protein etc just wondering if any one has any other recomendations

    Yh but scott states extreme steetching isndiffrent then occulsion steetching but doesnt say how to do the stretch .. inkjownhow to extreme strerch from oreviosuly doing dc trainng but he states doing occulsion stretch after muscle rounds

    and I ment how much rest do you do betweem muscle groups? For mr ?
    And also if u do 2 mr for say back how long betwen the second muscle round

    Nice one pal I ment a template with exercises etx alrwad on there so I can get my head round it

    also muscle rounds how long do u rest between each one say I have 2 muscle rounds for chest thats 2x 6 sets yh ? How kuch rest between them ? He mentions 10 mins in the book that doesnt make any sense

    Also what is an occulasion stretch doesnt have any pics and a very poor discription too

    seen your ppl Sam on that graph /chart . I saved it looks decent.. what’s the numbers at end of exercises though ?
    so it will say side lats 4 ?
    chest 4+rp etc etc
