Hello bid and first well done on the current progress. Seems like you have mapped this out well and made some superb steps forward.
Out of your options I like 2 with running a diet break and then getting leaner from there.
I am never one to push people to hire a coach and if your making progress you are happy with on your own and enjoying the learning process then keep with it. If you find your hitting sticking points and the thinking/planning/guess work is sucking the fun out of it then a coach may be a great idea
I really agree with this right here! I’d definitely be going for option 2 here aswell! I also think that the duration of a diet is very different person to person as much as you may hear often the 20 week mark it’s really not the same or a complete rule of thumb.. but yeah for me, I’d go for option 2!
