    @hilly okay, but on my thread on bulk cycle for 12 months you adviced me to do 8-10 weeks on and 4 weeks off completely as the aas are in my system, this is why I asked you if you take low dose test and other drugs.

    @hilly when you say 4-6 weeks cruide/tidy up. What do you mean about this? You are cometeley off steroids or only take small amounts? Will you use Pregnyl and clomid or tamoxifen during this periods? Diet keep the same or lower calories during this phase of 4 – 6 weeks?

    For “ultimate mass”

    you need to give yourself time and stay in a surplus as long as bodyfatlevels are okei nutritionwise.

    I wouldn’t force anything

    Just a good test (ena/od prop) as a basis and then maybe add some npp or primo but as you said primo you can’t get your hands on.

    Stick with test and npp if you feel the need for more recovery go for some few ius of gh.

    As Hilly said keep your bloodwork in range that’s just the best thing to do in my opinion.

    Your blood work dictates how long you can stay on or have to go off.

    OK, thank you, because now on my last pct I had Pregnyl, Anastrazole and tamoxifen instead of Clomid as my dealer didn’t had Clomid and I asked Dave Palumbo.. And he said is okay to have tamoxifen instead of it….

    Okay, you said you and your client take Pregnyl and Clomid during that 4 week off between those mini cycles, how much Pregnyl and Clomid? Is okay if I take tamoxifen instead of Clomid?

    Thanks @hilly, so you recommend to take Pregnyl and Clomid or tamoxifen/Nolvadex after every 10 – 12 weeks, in that 4 week phase when I am off aas, but for contest if I do like I was past three cycle to take aas for 7 or 8 months straight do you recommend to take Pregnyl while in cycle or onyl after 8 months when I took my 3-4 months off?

    So if ultimate mass is your goal then you want to be on as much as you can be with health markers staying as good as possible.  You want to use drugs you have found worked the best in the past.

    So I would use test each cycle and look to increase this each cycle to in smaller increments and then rotate an anabolic and oral each cycle if the orals don’t effect apettite

    SO it may be

    500mg test and 300mg NPP 8-10 weeks – push food/training hard

    4 weeks of nothing  as the AAS will still be in your system this period – deload from training, alter frequency and either tidy up or push on slower
    500mg test and 500mg EQ with an oral 8-10 weeks

    4 weeks as before

    750mg mg test with 400mg NPP and possibly an oral if you felt they were effective during the last 2 cycles

    4 weeks as before

    750mg test, 500mg eq and 250mg tren a – No oral

    orals could be run just part o the 8-10 weeks and make sure to take liver protection aids etc.

    This is what I will be doing next year when I have 12 months of growing

    Thanks Hilly and on that 4 weeks pause between those mini cycles, I have to take Pregnyl or something else?

    Or to do 3 months off and pct end of next year and then start my contest cycle in 2021 as usual for 7- 8 months on steroids.
    I don’t understand when you say tidy up or push on slower, this means to lower the food? Now I have Macros for training and rest days, carb cycle I can say like all of you here on forums.

    From my own fertility protocol I use 5000iu HCG per week split into 3 injects, I use HMG at 50-75iu injected 3 x a week and I take something to control estro with a couple of other supplements.

    This brought my fertility up to just below average on cycle earlier this year and I have used it with a few clients on and off AAS with success.

    I am currently doing this again but totally clean with the aim of getting my partner pregnant.

    I have not seen any one use this lower dosage though and have always seen on average from 1000-1500iu used EOD for HCG when looking at fertility.

    Do you recommend to use Pregnyl while on long cycle for 8 moths? Or only in pct period after I finish my 8 months cycle.

    For last pct I took
    -2000 UI Pregnyl e3d in total 5 shots (10000 UI)
    – 20 mg Nolvadex for 30 days
    -anastrazole 1 mg eod
    -Testo booster form Balkan pharma for 30 days

    What compounds do you use? And what method of testing? If it s ECLIA and you use tren it s not relevant as the tren influence the readings.

    No way to remove the sustain… it will be even lower. Either use more sustain or eat a bigger pre workout meal ????‍♂️????‍♂️. It only shows you re training hard and you consumed the sustain and you need to eat . The harder your workout the lower it will get. If you do a shitty workout and have too much food you can end up over 5.0 for example ( like Arm day or calves + abs or days like this).

    Was it 3.1 after legs or after back? Do you do cardio too post workout?

    3. You eat one PREWORKOUT meal of vegan and studies show an increase up to 19% strengh in Bench Press…. THIS IS THE MOST ABSURD THING. So if i do 2.5 plates bench i jump to 3 ????????????????????????
    IT CAN TAKE 1 2 YEARS to get from 2.5 to 3 if you dont gain weight but for them you can in 1 meal ????????????

    The same question for Jordan plan of upper. Why plan 4 push then 4 pull. Isnt it better 1 push 1 pull so in the time you re doing the pull movement you have more rest for the next push exercise so you can beat the record better? If 3 4 push exercises are in a row i find out by the way i am at the last one i dont have enaugh power in my triceps/ chest to touch maximum weitht possible.

    And after I maintain my weight to increase slowly carbs or to have like you Macros for training day and non training days?

    Start with those macros on training days. Let your body settle a little before increasing again. Let the mirror and your gym performance dictate when to increase, not necessarily just the scale weight.

    I would also reduce some carbs on your rest day in favour of more pro/fat meals to regain some insulin sensitivity.

    Wouldn’t be too much fats if I keep same Macros for training days and as you say to increase fats on rest days and lower carbs?

    I calculate all the fats as I calculate Macros in my fitness pal.

    250 P 250 c 80 F – > 2720 cals every day
    With this calories per day I was ok if I didn’t binge…

    If I change to this it would be a good starting point from your side and then adjust by mirror to go down or up?

    TD :250 P 350 c 45 F-> 2820 cals
    Rest days: 250 P 200 c 80 F – >2520 cals

    Or which numbers were you thinking when you said to have more prot/fat meals?
