Hey bud, there could be multiple reasons, but require a little more info….What Phase are you in currently? Training volume? How long have you been running the training split? Recovery?

Rest day today!!
My check in this average 344lbs across the week! 2 more sessions left until my operation.
We have had a jam packed ret day today….Few check ins and set ups and then a nice dog walk, had both cars cleaned been to see my god children who are both doing well in there sports one is top 20 in England for her age for front crawl and butterfly she’s 14….And the other 2 are playing football at an academy and one has just been on tour with England ice hockey! So very proud of them both.
Went for a coffee with pheebs and another dog walk and just got back from seeing friends for Sunday roast!
Head down now ready for a big week!

I agree with the guys above. You need to assess what’s causing the issue initially….then it may be a case of programming, execution or rehab work to fix.

A busy morning of check ins 2 in person at 8 & 9 and then competitor check in day!
2 new clients to get set up and tomorrow! And a nice dog walk and coffee planned with Pheebs and arnie as always!
346.4lbs this morning. Daft heavy now but still performing well and coping well at this weight. But only 2 more sessions before surgery so it will be head down and focus on recovery!

I think the DC blocks are going to be the best bang for your buck here in terms of size and convenience.
Just keep them in your car and take them out when needed….

Legs today!
got cracked on with work this AM boxed all check ins off and took arnie for a walk.
Then i was ready for legs!!
Great session strength was up across the board with the aim of keep form standardised.
Stead calves – RP set 2 failure points + 2 higher rep sets
prime ham curl – 104 x 9, 77+10 x 17
Prim leg extension – 110 x 17 75/25 middle/bottom, 110 x 16 50/50 middle/top
arsenal leg press – 14pps x 11, 11pps x 20 (thought id done 12 but there’s room for progression here
DB split squat – 50kg x 20, 16 L/R
adductors – 4pps x 15, 5pps x 13Rest day again tomorrow well needed legs always smashes me!
Then filming for the site Saturday

345lbs this AM weight on the rise. Just keeps going up. So I’m very ready for a pullback if my body will allow it. 1 week
Tomorrow for my surgery. Had my pre op today. Then having a blood test Friday. Then I should be all good.Cardio this AM 20 mins hard on the bike.

Hey bud. I’ve never worked to calories either just a carb, protein, fat target if I’ve needed to make changes from my food plan.
Even if there is a difference I imagine it’s only slight. So I wouldn’t worry just keep sticking to your macro targets. And keep consistent with your food sources as Louis says

Well needed rest day! Did cardio then had a sports massage with jay. Went for a walk with Pheebs and arnie. Then after all client work was finished we did a little shopping at Meadowhall and had a Wagamama’s which is around the same Cals as one of my rest day meals.
A chilled evening ready for a busy day tomorrow!

Pull & triceps today. And although I felt ok going into the session. I soon realised after the first 2 exercises and 2 warm ups into my SLDL that legs Thursday and pull Friday had caught up with me. Although I pulled 5 for 6 it felt heavy and 4 for 12 just as heavy. I was gassed. Still battled through the session and made progress but now more than ever I realised the importance of managing fatigue and not adjusting your split to days to suit other people because 3 big sessions in 4 days has fried me! Big rest day tomorrow and some client work to freshen me up for the rest of the week.
I felt heavy today so it is feeling the right time we are nearing the end of this push, and ready to pull back!

Agree with all the above and also consider when your next taxing session is if your taking super controlled eccentrics. If legs is just after 1 rest day then you have to think of the carry over to that session.
There’s control and then there’s eccentric loading. My pulls have a rest followed by a push session so I’m getting a Lyn extra day before legs
