    I work on 15mg per kg of lean bodymass buddy as a safer use model….for a competitive bodybuilder bud. Obviously I would just start here for a first timer, This would completely depend on experience and if they are classed as an experienced user. An example:-

    100kg – 1500mg total AAS

    I peaked at 154kg this push up. Currently 332LBS 150kg my total load at the end of a 14 week push was 2.2g (the most I’ve ever used)

    I started the cycle at 1100mg and gradually increased each 2-3 weeks until peak I only stayed at that peak dose for a few weeks before pulling back down to maintenance dose. 300mg test E 150mg primo for 8 weeks before blood-work

    Clen is a pharmacology drug, made to be used daily for its patients. So the method of “cleaning receptors” is a little bit of a bro science old school method. So if you have titrated up from 40mcg and you plan to go to 120mcg then just keep doing what your doing. Do you need to go that high though???

    Yohimbine and clen use different pathways so can be used together. However at 6 weeks out pretty pointless for me introducing yohimbine, As I would be removing yohimbine at 2 weeks out anyway. As you can hold a little water with yohimbine and this can mask fat loss,

    I would always start with yohimbine personally early on…hope this helps

    Pull and hams today. Very good session once again. Progression on everything. Really like the new set up. Can still really smoke the ham portion even though it’s at the back end of the session. I was the strongest I’ve ever been in the ham curl today. 95 x 12+1 the stack will be taken for 10 with full control. Follow by RDL 3 plates x 16…..we will build this up to 4 plates for 12 over the coming weeks now my back has recovered.

    100% ready for a rest day tomorrow. Will be a long day at the laptop and some sports therapy work

    If you eat 650-700 g carbs reduce it 100 carbs down ( 300 kcal ) and increase the steps and cardio …

    You also have the option of different fat burning pathways too…. You mean fat burners ?? ( clen – t3 ?? )

    You go as low as is necessary to get the desired results buddy,

    And yes those are 2 options that could be used buddy.

    I understand bro … thanks !! When you are in cutting phase you drop a little the carbs and maximise the cardio ??how is the minimum carbs which have you stay ?? And eat low carbs only for 3-4 weeks near competition ?

    Peds continue the same or change it to propio / mast / tren ?

    Hey bud so I generally start with a baseline activity level. Example:-

    20 mins CV + 12k steps

    First I would implement a drop in food. Generally from carbs firstly. See how the body adapts and reacts.

    I would then next implement an increase in output. 25 mins cardio, If things are moving along nicely I will repeat this process. Food then cardio.

    If I want to speed things up a touch more I will drop food and increase cardio/output together for a greater deficit.

    You also have the option of different fat burning pathways too….

    Carbs go as low as necessary for as long as necessary bud for me. I do what’s needed.

    I don’t change my esters mate.

    Top push session today filmed for the site. Went through my new Push and arms session. Feeling good at the minute. Slight drop off in fullness from the lower anabolics. But life and movement is easier and I feel fresher and healthier.

    I’m 100% ready for each rest day So recovery is about bang on. I’m looking forward to really getting stuck in to prep hard! Pheebs starts next week so there will be 1 more free meal for me (maybe 2) and then I will be basically on prep too. As when pheebs turns it on. I do too! So I’m excited for us both.

    Injection frequency is preference but i suggest breaking down in to minimum 3/4 per week

    Health supps look fine

    Cardio and output is dependant on goal buddy. I cant tell you what you should be doing, but i advise to keep some in. I did 20 mins CV in off season except on leg and pull days as they require the most recovery + 10k steps daily

    Rest day today, Tidying a few bits of work up. Then me and Pheebs are taking the dog for a nice walk! then we have a Family meal a 2pm so a nice chilled Sunday. Im smashed today so Rest day was well and truly earned. have a great day people

    I would opt for NPP over EQ

    start at the lower end of each example:-

    Test E 300mg/wk (add 50mg every 3 weeks of cycle until peak load don’t need to go over 500mg)
    Mast E 400mg/wk (add 200mg every 3 weeks of cycle until peak load 800-1000mg max)
    NPP 150mg/wk (add 50mg every 3 weeks of cycle until peak load 300mg max)

    Total dosage could be up to 1800mg here but the aim is to get the most out of the least possible. This is not me telling you to do this. This is showing how it could potentially look, you don’t need to keep adding to the cycle if things are moving nicely. I feel this is a pretty advanced cycle at your bodyweight with your other ancillaries included that you have listed – This wont need to run longer than 16 weeks before returning to maintenance drugs and having bloodwork. I know you have ran higher cycles in the past but the toxicity in the body is probably a detriment. You will have to journal how you are feeling once you start this cycle and it progresses.

    Everything else looks solid as stated.

    Take bloodwork at at week 10-12 for health markers……

    Check Blood pressure 3 x weekly

    Keep cardio in 100% and keep on top of your organ support and health supps.

    There will be a host of things contributing to your sleep when your 7 weeks out and very low levels of body-fat buddy. It wont just solely be the tren. But It has been been widely known that it does cause insomnia and restfulness. My advice would be Dream sleep, Halycon and Melatonin pre bed buddy. I generally dont go above 200mg/wk with my clients on tren dosage

    Very solid session today! one of the best back sessions Ive had in a while, had my client over who is 4 weeks out. Looking class! he’s got potential to go all the way.

    Then when i got home i did some new client set ups and responses. Some food shopping, took the dog out and then picked Pheebs up from sheffield for one of her friends birthday! so a late night for me! I’m off to bed and maybe a lay in!

    Now my weight is 101-102 kg bf believe near to 12% try to push little the food see that with more carbs have better result … with peds have try many changes for a lot of years and make many false to use a lot test or a lot bolden …have try and 1500 test and 800-1000 bolden tren 600-700but a lot water and many side effects

    Find my sweet spot to use medium test e 300-600 and one dht mast enath 400-600 usually because don’t have find good primo and I see that mast e works + little bolden or little npp ( 200-300 per week ) or little tren , 3-4iu gh + lantus 15-25iu after meal 1 and apidra 5iu pre workout meal + 5 post workout meal

    T4 50mg with gh

    Metformin 500 before sleep

    Telmisartan 40 morning fasted

    Ai don’t use because have the mast e

    Food try to have moderate proteins ( 2-2,5 g per lean body weight) eat near to 200-240 from beef / protein / salmon / chicken / whole eggs / egg white liquid

    And fats is low ( 60-90g)

    And with carbs try to push it ( 2 very high days 800-900 carbs / 3 days with 600-700 carbs / off days 400 carbs ) carbs eat oats / rice flour ( cor) / sweet potato or white / basmati rice / and sometimes some muffin before workout

    this help me to loose and fat and have me more fullness !!! previous eat very more protein and low carbs because here many guys try to low very very very low the carbs and eat 100-200g per day and with this method the results and progress was very slow or nothing ?

    Mast enath is wrong in place of primo ?? Or can be use any other in this place ?? Dosage can increased and more up 800-1000??

    -For blast period

    400-600 test e + 600-1000 mast e ( or too much?) + little npp 200-300 ?? This for 12-14 week and after cruise 8-10 week trt only or trt + little dht ?

    Your set up looks solid here buddy. Yes you can use Masteron in place of Primo if you are not confident with the quality of primo.

    This would be depending on for what reasoning?

    It wouldn’t be for restarting HPTA, but if they were meaning In a recovery phase where we want to wash off some Bodyfat, and get in and out quick then they could mean use clen in this phase as a fat burning pathway to speed up the process

    But as part of a PCT protocol no benefit they would need to add context here

    Bro all meats ( beef / fish / salmon / chicken ) the weight 27-250 is raw uncooked ?? The same and protein is measuring dry powder 30- or 60g ??

    In your cycle I see use a lot primo ( there have a good brand and quality primo ) in this place if doesn’t have any good quality primo or don’t know is it’s good can use masteron enathate in so high dose 600-1400/week ?? And this for 10-12 weeks maximum and after make break with trt ?

    Test low 400-600

    Mast enath 600-1400 ( in place of primo)

    Npp or tren a 150-300

    ?

    Protein is dry powdered weight do you mean?

    What is your current weight? Composition, experience in terms of taking anabolics? This would determine your cycle for me. I have sources a good quality primo here yes. Masteron is a nice alternative but I’m always careful as I feel masteron can really crash oestrodial harder than primo. And that can cause some issues.
