    I agree with Oscar and Rich. I have a dip variation as my main tricep movement in push and arms, then 1 more tricep variation, you could then use a close grip press or JM press in your other rotation

    313.2 this AM – another drop And another visible change in condition and a little drop in fullness but we are all good.

    Push with H at S20 today! Great session! Followed by shockwave therapy with felly on bicep tendinitis on right shoulder, left forearm and left infraspinatus will have this every Thursday after deep tissue Wednesday with J RNR!

    Legs tomorrow for the site! Let’s get it. Gonna have a run at the Atlantis hack not used for months see how we fair as last exercise in the session.

    315lbs this AM – another lb down, Cal wants another update Friday as it’s rest day today and I usually drop again after sports massage and lower food.

    Things are moving nicely into 12.5 weeks out!

    Cardio, posing, sports massage, dog walk, 2 new starters set up + check ins. Will have some more work to box off later, but I have a haircut and then I’ve got to go and fetch my mum n dads dog from the kennels and go to BMW as we are looking to order a new car!

    Pictures are attached. Which I’m happy with how the back is looking, we have definitely made improvements this off season.

    Pull and hams today really good session. Hitting a great stride with training, feeling like I’ve got plenty in the tank until the last exercise still.

    Weight held at 316lbs again this AM so the sushi Slowed the loss down for 2 days let’s see what weight is tomorrow when I run updates from Cal again.

    Ninja air fryer or BBQ or even just grilled with some spices or low calories sauces.

    Franks red hot green and red are both great and cholula chipotle and original.

    Chilli and lime dry spices are nice and just a nice chicken spice

    Push today after sushi refeed yesterday. Cal ordered 50 rolls of sushi as weight has dropped dramatically. So just to slow the loss a touch. I went up 0.2lbs and i expect another drop tomorrow. It’s strange you can just feel it sometimes when you wake up.

    13 weeks out yesterday this next 3-4 weeks once we are in single digits is literally crucial. So i want to be really on the gas pedal and get the fat off sooner this year. So we can be fresh and full. Ive still got loads of energy so i like to work hard whilst im fresh.

    Todays session went as follows:-

    Prime pec dec x 2

    cybex incline smith x 2
    nautilus flat press x 2
    Prime dip x 2
    lying cuff lateral x 3
    prime splitter extension x 3
    low has handle curls x 3
    SA has preacher x 3
    SA cuffed extension x 3

    Some posing with pheebs after. Just eating meal 5 then to finish my last 1000 steps off with the dog.

    I completely agree with Oscar here. There is no right or wrong answer here. I have made my most progress with a Coach. I’ve had 3 and all have taught me different things about myself mainly. I learnt so much and gave me accountability and I couldn’t see myself without Cal now

    The cruise is 150 test 50 primo , and then peak offseason will be 300 test and 400
    Primo . Prep we will just add 20 Winnie at the end of that .
    Now I know a lot of you will keep wanting to use more and want to use tren etc , I had someone really sarcastically reply to me the other day when I told them on here they don’t need tren, I won’t argue with someone when they have that mindset as they just aren’t ready to shift it yet , but they will in time when they see what’s doable on much less , or maybe they won’t – and end up with health issues .

    This is awesome. Trained with Oscar today. The guys is just a class act in every way. I’m excited for this
