“Diet starts tomorrow” that old chestnut. But I will be starting to pull down as of tomorrow before my surgery.
I’ll be honest I’ve felt a little lost these last few weeks. In terms of what I am doing and where I’m going, probably looking too far infront. When I have a long road ahead in terms of my recovery from surgery.
But whatever being 330+ lbs and on 1700mg of gear isn’t serving me right now for rehab purposes.
I forgot how it feels once you get back up to this BW and it’s hard. When there’s potentially a very long layoff.
So I’ve made the call to pull some bodyfat and bodyweight back off this next 6 weeks before surgery. And then I will hopefully keep coming down and be more mobile and fitter to aid with recovery.
I’m going to run things myself for the next few months as I don’t see the need for elite level coaching right now.
So set up will be….
Test E 250mg/wk
GH 5iu

MOTS-C 1mg daily
Reta 1mg/wk (to start)
Klowblend (maintenance dose)

I have successfully used in the 2025 season with multiple clients in a prep setting a few all the way to stage with no issues and the look was dry and hard,
Others I removed at around 12 weeks out and adjusted stack design.
It depends on your response to it. In multiple ways. Mentally, bloodwork, hormonally, and the look. If you have never used before in a prep. I would always test in a diet phase first. Unless you have no other options

Exactly what the others have said whatever works best for you….
Some prefer fasted morning cardio, some prefer steps and then cardio PWO whatever fits your schedule the best as long as it doesn’t take away from your recovery

Are you still on same cycle nath?
Cycle will be changing as from Monday bud. I’ve had to re think a few things moving forward with the surgery and what’s serving me the right purposes for now.
330+ lbs is not and 1700mg/wk is currently not serving me the purpose I need. Especially with a newborn coming. And a long road of rehab ahead of me.
So I have a few decisions to make

I have pulled my food down a little
Today to start bringing bodyweight down with my operation closing in. I see no need to be sat at this bodyweight for another 6 weeks so a good 10-15lbs can come back off, It’s not serving me for recovery, mobility, and just being functional. Especially with baby due shortly too.
I know I can push back up quickly and I’m responsive when required.
4 days is suiting me in the gym aswell getting a lot from the sessions currently and progressing nicely.

Legs today, great session with pheebs knee gave me some shit after the session as expected.
SA preacher x 3
Seated ham curl x 2
Leg extension x 2
Leg press x 2
Belt squat RDL x 1
Booty builder x 1
Adductors x 2329lbs this AM so down a touch and that’s without any cardio done this week and steps as they fall. I will get back to tracking them accurately and slowly increasing CV this week as I get back into the swing. Training performance is good though

Hi Nathan how do you notice that you have sleep apnea? And what is your current health stack to keep bloods, blood pressure and insulin sensitivity?
I wear a CPAP and I take all the TBJP health range. Literally everything at full doses
I do my cardio and check my BP 2-3 times weekly.

1 x armsBusiest I think I’ve been with coaching work at the minute. I have more new starters to set up over the weekend. And new enquiries coming in. Which is great. But also I realise why when I was competing I capped my clients so so could be selfish as an athlete. You can do both to a very high level. But once you get over a certain number it’s very hard to manage putting yourself as an athlete first. Which is ok for me currently.
I’ve just found it hard accepting that currently I’m not number 1….
My family and my business are priority. To provide. But I also need to take time for myself with what I love. The gym.

Fully agree there that will smash your E2
For me I don’t really see a need for EQ and primo. I would go for 1 or the other and then maybe top up the cycle with Masteron which is pretty neutral for most if you want to bump total load up.
For me a 2:1 ratio test to EQ eeems to be pretty good for most, but you would need to run bloods.

My blood pressure was always elevated before wearing a cpap now in the 120/60 range even when pushing up.
I can tell a difference if I haven’t got my love heart, heart care in my stack this makes a massive difference for me also

Rest day today. Body feeling a little beat up after 2 days training. Justbipereting at 330+ again forgot how hard it was, but that will soon change.
