    Rest day today I’ve dropped to a 4 day split with the optional arm day added when I can get in.

    Posterior
    Upper
    lower

    Which works for days like today where it’s normally posterior but because we filmed the podcast and I had a busy laptop day I took a rest day and will run posterior tomorrow. Then Thursday I have a tattoo so I will run upper lower Friday Saturday.

    Gives 1.6mg GHKCU
    330mcg of the other 3 in klow

    Which is a very nice maintenance dose for me

    Back at it! Cardio boxed and plenty of great check ins today to start the year. A solid push in the books, not too much strength lost but was cautious easing myself back in making sure execution was nailed.

    19 sets is defo not low volume bud and if you have constantly taken strength progressions over this time your going to be at a point where you just cannot recover from this volume on full body. Time t change to U/L as the guys have suggested

    Nice dog walk today. Then we went to watch Jamie in the panto with josh and Yvette. It was a great day. Met jamie for some food after and had a good catch up.

    It’s been the longest intended break I’ve had from training these last 2 weeks. I had an extended time off for a deload. Went back in for 2 sessions then had another 2 off I am feeling very ready to go from tomorrow but I needed this time off I felt.

    The guys have covered the bases very well here. Accutane for me would be last resort, I have seen some success with accutane in some cases but it’s not ideal. And the sides as Jack has stated are pretty rough

    Levemir I find better for sides related to water retention.

    It binds differently to Lantus and has less spikes. So more stable. Also less sodium retention for this reason.

    It’s closer like our own insulin secretion than Lantus. Have a read up on it it’s harder to get hold of. But I favour it

    I have a client who trains at 5am and wakes at 4am

    We have a carb rich meal as above pre bed.

    COR/oats
    Frozen fruit
    Dark chocolate
    ISO pro

    On the way to the gym….

    PreWO shake

    Creatine 5g
    MPS max 25g
    Performance fuel 30-50g

    Intra shake

    Same again

    Then start eating whole foods post workout

    A little bit of a stressful day today and a long one. Pheebs had a fall down the stairs at her parents yesterday. She cut her hand and arm, and pulled the bannister off the wall.

    We didn’t feel bump kick last night like usual so we were a little worried. So called the hospital this morning they got us in for like 8am but we were ther 5 hours nearly for tests and scans. All is good!! We were worried but that’s just because we don’t know any different.

    Feel a little out of routine currently with sleep and work. But the aim is to get back on track from tomorrow ready for Monday!

    Hey bud so first cycle at 300mg is sensible, microdosing for me into as many frequent shots as possible will also help. Daily for me if possible,

    if you have had gyno since your teenage years and it’s formed. Then you may have no other option than to get it removed. Unless you get peeled and it drastically reduces.

    I don’t see a massive issue in using a low dose AI if bloodwork shows that you may need it to control e2 but I would first be looking at running without. Getting bloodwork done after week 5 or potentially running the same total load but adding in 100mg primo and test being at 200mg.

    As hilly states mast doesn’t control E2 just will negate some sides. So you will have to see what you can tolerate yes wise with mast as your second compound.

    Some will be good with 1:1 ratio so will need higher mast to test. Some will need something to manage E2

    I’ve used a little EQ with clients successfully and then topped the rest up with masteron

    I used insulin for trap, reardelts and 1.5 inch 27g for glute when I was that bf%

    Have tried insulin pin there, worst experience ever. Won’t recommend it. Looked like I got shot in tha ass

    This is what you should follow…. Switch to slin pins once your lean
