    Upper today and a very solid session, took a nice progression on machine dips, and incline smith.

    Session was:-

    Tricep push down x 3
    Dip machine x 2
    Incline smith x 2
    Machine laterals x 3
    Pec fly x 2
    Lat pull-down x 3
    Upper back row x 3

    200 kcals cardio.

    10k steps boxed off….

    Rest day tomorrow. Got plenty of work to do tomorrow and then in for lower on Saturday….

    Cardio boxed off

    1000m Row – first time Ive been on a rower for 8 years – FUCK ME! humbled me. It can only get better.

    Then 15 mins steady state bike to finish.

    Upper on the cards tomorrow

    Think the guys have nailed it. If your training hard your never going to feel fully fresh. Get stuck into your session and get after it as Jordan says. The aim is build as much muscle as possible so don’t expect to feel fresh for a while buddy

    Dog walk this morning then legs at s20 first 1 back in after being ill so devolume but great session.

    Seated calves x 3
    Seated ham x 2
    Leg extension x 1
    Leg press x 1
    SL press x 1
    SL lying ham curl x 1

    200 kcals of cardio…..

    This evening took Neala to the vets as she has hurt her paw. So she’s on painkillers and anti inflammatory medication for a week.

    Rest day tomorrow and a very busy day ahead

    How have you been finding the SLU-PP-332 as an addition to the stack Nath

    So far it’s been pretty good mate definitely noticed a difference in cognitive function. I will be able to give you more of an insight on fst loss as I start a diet now

    Day 1 of the fertility protocol….

    334.8lbs this AM

    So I had a fertility test and had the rresults suits back the other day. Just because me and Pheebs will be thinking about a family over the next couple of years and as I’m in no immediate hurry to get back on stage this year. I thought it would be the right time to assess and put plans in place.

    My results show good sperm volume. And good PH but my concentration and motility need some work which are the important values.

    I had a good call with hilly as I had a plan I wanted to run past him and get some of his knowledge as he has had a lot of success in the past with clients. And we both agreed I was doing the right thing and had the right plans in place.

    So for now I have come off everything to legs the drugs taper out my system and I will run bloods in 4 weeks to see if I need to be off a little longer before running a base level of testosterone which I think for me will be around 200-250mg/wk

    I will be running as follows:-

    HMG 75iu M/W/F
    HCG 1000iu T/T/S
    Test E 200mg/wk once levels in range
    GH 6iu
    L-carnitine 1000mg daily
    T4 100mcg
    SLU PP 332 400mcg
    Maca root 1500mg PM
    Shilajit 250-500mg AM

    Alongside all my normal JP health range.

    I will re run a fertility test again in 10 weeks to see if there’s any improvements

    I will look to do a little diet from here and pull some body fat off.

    Training will be:-

    PPL & Upper Lower I will switch between the 2 based on recovery 4 days per week.

    10k steps fasted dog walk daily around 30-40 mins

    15 mins cardio PWO on TD around 200-250 kcals

    Rest day cardio will be something a little more intense rower, assault bike, bag work and some LISS to burn around 350-400 kcals

    I have 100% not closed any chapters on competing I just think the time is right now to get things in place which will give my body and mind a little break and freshen up and so think I will be in a great position to push forward from once everything is back in line.

    So back to myself this weekend. Had a busy day yesterday took the dogs out early doors for a nice walk then filmed the podcast at Rotherham.

    Then drive to derby to train and in person with a client. Then back to spend the evening with pheebs

    Today was up dog walk, then went to watch my godson play football and he scored a worldly! Then out for some shopping with pheebs then went to spend some time with her family this afternoon.

    I cooked a spaghetti bolognase for our off plan and it went down a treat. I arched a film this evening and fully recovered for a big week!

    Had a great call with Hilly this AM too regards all things fertility

    Where about in your session is the exercise placed? I would be wanting to run this as my first or 2nd exercise if you don’t have another option when your freshest.

    If not swap to DB press if you already run a smith and there is no other machines

    Forced rest today as i know ate 2 and a bit meals yesterday, but today I feel back to myself, Got all meals in so far, been out for an hour walk with the dogs no stomach pain, So back in the gym tomorrow. Which Im excited for….

    Few bits to do with content and work this evening and then we are good to go!

    Hey guys sorry about my absense yesterday. It was rest day and I had a nice day until the evening. Me and Pheebs went to the cinema then on the way home I had a really bad case of stomach cramps which literally doubled me over in pain. I hardly slept and was up alot of the night. I had really bad pain in my quads also which was strange like severe DOMS – or like when you have. abad cramp that pain afterwards.

    i slept until around 9am this AM and ive been a little rough since. Still in some discomfort with my gut. and just really fatigued. So im hoping its just a 24 hour bug and I can rest up today and be back at it tomorrow.

    only had 1 meal so far, as Im just really off it. Will get another meal in soon and see how it sits.

    Pull at Derby today, great session in the bag, and 100% ready for a rest tomorrow. I will train Thursday lower and then in for push again Saturday with a client and in person check in.

    session today was:-

    Prime pulldown x 2 sets
    Gym leco Tbar x 2 sets
    SA machine row x 2 sets
    Upper back pulldown x 2 sets
    rear delts x 3 sets
    EZ cable curl x 3 sets
    SA cable curl x 2 sets
    Seated calves x 3 sets

    Few bits to tidy up on the laptop this evening. Me and Pheebs go to Dubai in 2 weeks for a week break. So need to see what clothes fit me this weekend and maybe order a few bits. Also need a new body shaver as Im the hairiest Ive ever been and this needs to come off before Dubai.

    Hey bud, This will come down to a few things if you can run the push for 30 weeks. I don’t usually like running much more than around 24 weeks as I feel the overall toxicity built from drugs, training, higher food is where you start to run into issues. But this is very individual and based on bloods and biofeedback. Your cycle isn’t overly aggressive and if you can maintain good body comp, digestion, recovery and bloods I see know reason not staying on for 24-28 weeks

    Push to start the week strong. Took some nice progression on pressing today.

    Lying cuff laterals x 3
    Low incline smith x 2 (2 reps up top set & 2 reps up back off)
    Flat machine press x 2 (1 rep up and 1 pin up top set & 2 reps up back off)
    Dip machine x 2
    pec dec x 2 + dropset on 2nd
    SA machine lateral x 3
    Straight bar pushdown x 3

    Had a look PWO today and not too mad at all to say Ive not had the best run of late with injuries etc. But Holding 330+ respectable with reduced drugs and food. So I will look to hold this maybe up to mid 330’s ofr the next 8 weeks whilst on cycle. Then I will come down and have a tidy up Starting May for 10 weeks, before pushing back up again at the back end of the year

    Im with Hilly, More so for pre comp nerves and just a little relaxation and better sleep rather than the diuretic effect. But it does have a mild diuretic effect.

    Ive used it with plenty of clients successfully.
