100% you need to track to be accurate especially as you get to to the latter stages of a diet phase. Track everything that goes in, and everything you do form an output perspective.
Your experiencing some symptoms of fatigue. This may be down to the rapid drop in weight. Or you could be under-eating to fuel your performance and recovery.

Delts today….Bro split in full swing….Just so for the minute i can train what feels good get in not overthink. Train hard, recover and get out…..As I was frustrated slightly with my knee and tendinitis issue. So I just want to train.
seated calves x 3 + triple drop on last
rear delt (nautilus machine) x 4 drop set on last set
prime lateral x 3 + dropset on last
Nautilus shoulder press (neutral grip) x 4 progressive sets
SA cuffed lateral x 3 MYOrep match set
Arsenal overhead extension x3 ( i kept this light 20 rep sets and didnt lock out so it didnt aggrevate my tendinitis)
Ab crunch machine x 3all sets had 1-3 warm up sets before I got into my working sets…..We then came home finshed abit of work and went to visit Pheebs mum in the hospital.
Im not going to lie since my illness at Xmas Ive struggled getting up as early as normal Im usually out of bed for 5:30 and cracking on with my dat, but Ive been staying in bed until 6:30 and even 7 which is unlike me. 1 being heavier in off season, and just being slightly out of routine. So my aim is to nail my sleep routine by the end of this week. So I can get back to my normal routine.

Rest day today…..Cardio and dog walk boxed off this AM-plenty of check ins done, then sports massage and shockwave therapy. Felly has instructed no direct arm training for the next week or so for my tendinitis to ease. As I was in alot of pain last night. So BPC 157 and shockwave plus occluded arm training once back in lighter loads and more volume.
Then we took the dogs to the vets for boosters and health checks.
Then back to the laptop for the remainder of the evening for consults and some client work

No issue at all I eat red meat twice a day….complete protein source. Rich in nutrients key for hormonal health.
It may be a little harder to digest for some. But I see know issue in once or twice per day

They can be helpful in numerous situations, But not everyone needs them. I dont specifically take a probiotic but have done in some cases….
After antibiotic use – as antibiotics can disrupt the balance of the gut and kill good and bad bacteria….
If you have digestive issues – or inflammatory issues like chron’s or collitis
If you have a low immune system
If you have food intolerances – certain probiotics improve digestion from certain sources, lactose, gluten etc…
Sometimes if Im going on holiday or to a foreign country where food sources are different and mineral content in water is different Then this can cause in imbalance in the gut so may be helpful….
skin conditions – some dermatologists recommend a good probiotic.

Evening guys….Scales are playing up maybe because Im heavy again and it doesnt like the weight – So Im going to order some new scales but Im around 331-33lbs I believe.
GH & insulin have been out for a few days, Just because I was experiencing some wate build up and carpel tunnel symptoms from the GH…Ive also ran out of insulin pins. So a few days off to let water subside wont do any harm.
I trained back and biceps today great session, A little frustrated as Ihave some tendinitis in my left forearm and my knee is still giving me a little grief. I have rest day and sports therapy tomorrow. So hopefully that gives me a little boost from a recovery standpoint. I always expect niggles at this BW so it comes with the territory. Appetite still great.

More or less back up to speed with normal routine this week. A couple setups to still box off but will be done and dusted by Wednesday….
Cardio boxed off this AM – 200kcals
330.8lbs this AM
Appetite still in a good spot even though movement has been a little less this past week, my knee is still Giving me some grief but I am Going to try and a more bro split next week and see if
I can put some volume through certain exercises. BPC 157 will be going in tomorrow see if we can reduce some inflammationPull tomorrow! Off to bed ready to go again!

Hey bud so is the whey an isolate? Or a blend?
The first thing I would be looking at pulling out or changing would be…..
Oats – swap for a a rice based alternative
Whey – make sure it’s a high quality isolate or a whole food protein source.
Remove the bagel and potentially the flavour powder as the artificial flavours could be causing some digestive stress.
Anything high fibre could also be causing some issues but the main thing is an elimination diet.

Rest day today….
Recorded the first episode of the bigdogcastwhich was a good laugh and looking forward to getting this rolling
Had my haircut then back to the laptop for a few check ins and start ups….2 consultation calls and some tidying up on admin, I could be at the laptop for another 3 hours easy and still wouldn’t be fully finished but I’ve clocked out until the morning to wind down now.

Evening guys busy day today for cardio then down to derby for bloodwork ate pre workout there and trained arms and legs top up….
The stayed for the gasp meet. Home to eat and feed the dogs then out to meet friends for food in Birmingham. Missed 2 meals and had a Turkish mixed grill. And plenty of deserts. I’m gonna be heavy in the morning the portions were huge!
Tomorrow is a big day….the big dog cast episode 1and then some laptop work to box off!

I wouldn’t take injectables to Dubai, if your only going for a week I would just load up before you go half your weekly dose and then the other half when you land back.
Or if you know anyone out there see if they can source you some for when you land. You can get literally everything delivered to the door in Dubai
