You can still progress, it’s not just about upping the dose….
Do you need a deload?
Have you got everything else locked in. Volume, recovery, intensity, sleep, hydration, food???
What’s body composition like? What’s appetite like? You have about 4-8 weeks you can push for here if things are looking good. But we would need some more info to advise further.

Weekend away for mine and pheebs anniversary and my birthday in Manchester….
Been round Manchester markets today and we’re off for food tonight.
We are going to switch off from bodybuilding this weekend….and enjoy some us time and food food. And even a few cocktails.
I’ve probably had about 5-10 drinks in the last 4-5 years even my mates stag doo I didn’t drink.
Do a couple of cocktails over this weekend to celebrate won’t hurt and to switch off and be a normal civilian 😂
If you can be a normal covilian 325lbs when no normal clothes fit you

Woke up pretty smashed today, not just fucked, not quite totally fucked but pretty fucking fucked….
It cardio got done, dogs got walked. I went into push thinking this is gonna be a battle to take progressions. But you know what I switched my nut on. And the session flew.
That’s when mindset is key. But also understanding the body is ready for a little bit more rest. So this weekend for my birthday and our anniversary we will go to Manchester for 2 nights to switch off chill. Do some shopping and eating. And spend some quality time together.
Depending how I feel when I wake I may just rest for 2 or 3 days I may train.
This is when it’s good to learn your body. And see how you feel when you wake.

Pull and legs today. This session is really gaining some momentum, felt strong today. Best I’ve pulled for a very long time. I’m not a massive puller so 4pps for an easy 10 I was happy with. So I will move up in load next time round.
Everything else was up in reps or load today. Felt very very nice.
A busy evening with fetching some bits for the house. My mate had been to measure the media walk wing fitted, fetched a new dog crate. And finished off
Some work too.Busy one tomorrow haircut and push the packing for Manchester as me and pheebs are having 2 nights away to celebrate my birthday and detaching completely from bodybuilding for the weekend, which will 100% do us the world of good. As we haven’t switched off for months.
We will train as normal Saturday AM then head up to Manchester. Normal meals until we arrive then Saturday night and all
Day Sunday will be just intuitive. We have sushi booked Sunday and a nice meal

Awesome push session today 317.4lbs this AM which I have held all week. Took some nice progressions today across the board.
Strength increasing and recovering well from escalation in volume.
Off season started today….

What your experience now between primo vs eq and think startin to peak?
Awesome push day today, the pumps are painful currently…..Literally the best Ive felt in the gym for a long time. BW is climbing pretty quick, Like my body just wants to really take off. I havent changed food once, Im being diligent with my cardio and steps, and the body is responding fast to higher GH and drugs being back in. So im just going to allow it to run its course. As appetite is still sky and Im still very sensitive average 4.5 fasted BG with no exogenous insulin yet just in sure in a morning.
Incline pressing was up and JM press was up in a big way today, I took progressions across all lifts again, My strength has really climbed this last week with higher BW. But I am not getting carried away here.
the new dining table arrived this evening so was nice to eat our meal together at the table. Slowly nut surely coming together now.

HIIT cardio boxed this am steps done 9k
Sport massage, some house work, mentoring session, and client work….
Popped to see my parents this evening and then had a call with Cal…,
I’ve decided to run this off season myself after a meaningful conversation with Cal about my thoughts moving forward. Which he is fully supportive of my decision. Which leaves the door open for us working together for prep again in 2025….
Pull & legs tomorrow which I’m buzzing for more progress

I always keep cardio in especially for routine, but pulling it for a few days and total rest for 3 days would be a great shout here just 10k steps….
Increase cals by 300kcals daily….
then go back to 2 session just half the volume and leave 1-2 reps in the tank.

Have you had bloods done? Are you tracking BG regularly?
I’m 12 weeks post show and haven’t re introduced yet. As I’m still very sensitive. I don’t think it’s needed yet but having some data to go off would help make the decision

Currently laid on the sofa my legs vibrating after todays session…..
Best session since prep. Progressions on everything. I feel very stable and locked in. So a great start to the week.
Cardio and steps boxed off, I’m just now trying to peel myself off the sofa before I finish a little bit of work off.
The increase in GH has defo got me feeling full. And my hands are throbbing a little. 🤏🏽 so I’m gonna ride it out for as long as possible. This is the most GH I have taken. But the fullness is apparent

I think I have already explained what I would do
Upper, Lower, rest, upper, lower, arms & delts, rest
But you keep asking the same questions and not trying a split and giving it time.
You can put triceps At the end if upper use a compound like a dip and a JM press then an isolation at the end.
Biceps at the start of lower
Then a dedicated day to smash them
Job done

10 rounds HIIT this AM in the assault bike was rough a little 10 mins cool done in the lazy bike. An arms
Superset because I felt like it….Then it was a dog walk, and food shop for me, pheebs did some housework then we caught up with her family this afternoon
Had a catch up with Jimmy and Oscar this evening and now we are watching Troy on the sofa!
