Theres always more muscle needed even when you get 10 years into your journey bud. So right now theres no rush. I would concentrate on another slow steady growth phase. And compete when you feel you have made some solid progress. Just enoy the journey. The stage will always be there. But if you want to have a pop at juniors before your 21 theres no harm in that either it will give you a great platform to grow from again

299.2lbs this AM so body weight is trending up gradually, feeling alot fresher and todays session was very productive. I literally felt the fatigue shifting and progress on reps was very good. Also took a couple of small load progressions as they were there to take whilst keeping execution nailed on. Not getting carried away still rock bottom volume and Im controlling this phase nicely.

For me yohimbine is a tool that you can use nicely. 10mg is about the max I like to use with clients minimum 2-3 hours pre cardio fasted with caffeine and clenbutarol. 30 mins your not going to see any beneift as the longer you can stay fasted the better.
But its not a necessity at all

Very busy weekend this weekend. Yesterday was a great Pull session at UF Derby with the Dr. Baseline Volume still and Oscar controlling my work nicely so I dont get carried away with my working sets as we move through the recovery phase.

abs x 2This is probably max volume for this session for a while now. Buzzing for Legs tomorrow. I stayed up very late to watch Pheebs on the live stream and she looked phenomenal in a massive class. the best shes been and got some awesome feedback from Sandy the head olympia judge for bikini too!
Today has been a client show day so trvelling to and from Birmingham I was still up for cardio to be boxed off and Ive had a nap this evening to catch up a touch. Finishing off some client work then its anothe rearly night ready to attack the week!

Went to see Oscar at FLF trained push with Jimmy great session then posed with Oscar…
I just got in bed as I’m up early to box cardio and dog walk before I go for my MRI scan in the morning at 8:20am
Then it’s pull on the cards and home ready for Pheebs show and the boxing!!!

I dont agree with the use of this for bodybuilding. Its causes more issues from anecdotal sources I have spoken to who have used it….
Just be hungry….Hunger is a good thing. Suck it up and work hard

Hey bud, So for me you need to slowly start building calories up but you need to track everything calorie wise you put in your mouth to be consistent
have a set protein requirement then make up your remainder from carbs and fats. Carbs around the workout window for me. Do this for 2 weeks consistently assess then you have grounds to make some decisions on steps moving forward

Pull & legs today probably the most demanding session of the week, this session I took some nice steady progressions with load and reps but nothing crazy. As we are keeping thimgs very slow here to make sure execution stays nailed on.
SLDL – 3.5 pps x 9 (2 reps up) 1 RIR
SA pulldown – 2.5kg up same reps
Prime extreme row – 10kg up 8 reps to build back up to 12
SA row – 1PPS up x 10 reps build up to 12
Low row high row – 10kg up for 8 reps build back to 12 reps
seated ham curl – 3 reps up same load
SL press 9kg up 20 reps
2 sets on bicepsgreat session. I think next week I will be able to take some exercises to 2 sets but the SLDL, ham curl & leg press will stay at 1 work set
Push tomorrow and going to see Oscar at FLF for a catch up as he approaches 4 weeks out from his show. Just to give him a push on.
Busy day with client work, enquiries, set ups and on a podcast tonight. Then its chill, sleep and repeat. I love this shit!

Hey bud, firstly congrats on the season! Is there anything in particular you do to get/keep bloods in a good place while on that cruise amount?
That cruise dose is specific to my needs, goals and bodyweight/muscle mass, it’s the highest I’ve ran as a cruise but based on previous cruise doses at 300/300 and 300/150 my bloods always come back perfect. I haven’t got many years left doing this at the level I’m at. So I’m happy to push things a touch harder
Cardio is the main factor, keeping my blood pressure, sleep, and body composition in a great spot
And taking the full range of JP supps has seen my bloods always come back ready to push forward again.

I would look at running some bloodwork buddy. To see where your hormones are and how elevated your E2 is firstly….
Are you pinning daily or once a week or what’s your frequency? I usually find most people will tolerate 200-300mg quite well if body composition is kept in check and your keep blood levels stable

Rest day today….
292lbs this AM condition still holding very well. No food changes at all but my first meal off since the show tonight going for turkish with the boys. Which Im very much looking forward to. Which will fuel me for my pull/legs session tomorrow.
Pheebs is all settled in the USA and looking epic. Bringing her best package to date. We have fed her quite hard yesterday and today (Wednesday) with the aim of backing off a touch tomorrow and Friday and increasing fats to hold the fullness but to keep midesection super sharp. So the aim is to be full by close of play Thursday and allow things to settle and sharpen over Friday then just trickle small meals in on show day (Saturday) she wont be on stage until between 5-7pm
Cardio and dog walk done this AM and sports massage and infrared sauna also boxed off. Plenty of client work done and then been to the barbers for a trim.
Jimmy T is staying with me for 4-5 days this week so we will train and get his off season locked in place over the coming days which is exciting.

291.6lbs this AM still no food increase. Condition is still pretty close to stage, but I have defo flattened off looking at PWO videos. I will be having a off plan tomorrow with the lads something clean but to enjoy some downtime and switch off. So we are going to a turkish grill.
Very productive push session today taking small small load and rep progressions….
Fatigue is still there being this lean but its slowly shifting. Cardio and steps still in at 30 mins and 8-10k i struggle to keep it below 10k with the dogs especially when pheebs is out the country
