Hey man! I have had a few of these over the years as a teenager from fighting and playing hockey etc. I would try not to stress too much about it. As sas has mentioned I would keep food pretty low at a maintenance kind of level or just below. I wouldn’t be afraid of eating carbs but I certainly wouldn’t indulge. I think they will be fine in small amounts. Definitely utilise some pro fat meals throughout the day! Stick to the duration and don’t train because personally I know that I trained too soon and it effected my surgery and I still can’t breathe properly through it!

    Thanks my man 🙂
What about light cardio like walking ?
Is it possible to maybe drop some fat during this time period or would you not try that?
Also would you take PEDs down to TRT or any tips on AAS during recovery ?

How do you like the Atlantis hack it’s only one we have talked about I haven’t even seen in person ??‍♂️it’s at 30 degrees instead of the standard 45. Better for lumbar maybe? [/quote]
I like it for that purpose, safe on the lumbar and you can stay locked in as a result. I like it also because it’s less harsh on the knees too due to the angle ?.

What the difference on Atlantis hack? I know it’s at 30 degrees instead of stand 45. How does that feel? That’s the only piece we have discussed I have never seen or tried

Do you think the new cybex hack and squat press are good? I have used the old style cybex squat press and love it

    Hi Nick,

I completely agree with Hilly, although as you age your discs will dry out and then the bulge or herniation will diminish. In the meantime try some hanging from a chin up bar, with wrist straps and your toes resting on a bench or plyo box (this will decompress the spinal segments). Do some McKenzie exercises. Floss your sciatic nerve daily. Much of the leg pain is because your nerve isn’t moving as your leg moves and the flossing will help to liberate it from the tight tissues that surround it. As hilly says, exercise selection is key, choose back supported machines (hack/leg press etc) and ensure that exercise execution is spot on…I prolapsed a disc about ten years ago deadlifting and following an uncomfortable three months, I have no back/leg pain, despite being a sports osteopath to some of the biggest guys and gals on the UK circuit. I never squat or deadlift now as i think you can build legs/back without them, look at Hillys quads and back ????

What would you suggest for posterior chain? Light weight ? Or how would we work around deads, RDLs, Bent Over rowing? You said hacks are ok? Could you still go all out on them?

Are you sure all compounds are real?

    That would be my concern

I know tren can give a false reading.

I’ve had this myself. It was around 600 tho. Not over 4000 n that was on 600mg tren lol

Thanks Hilly! What would you suggest? My GP doesn’t seem to interested. I ordered some Caber, Nolva, I have upped my adex and I cut the primo, I am guessing it’s faked. Anything else I can be doing ?

    Test was 70.5

    Estrogen was 4374

Odd thing is prolactin levels are normal but if I do press on the nipple a very slight amount of yellowish fluid comes out… a bit freaked lol

to confirm that estrogen reading – 4374??

This is more than 10 times the range is it not? huge in comparison to the test level. Something is definitely up in my opinion.

Possible error on the bloods, I don’t think ive ever seen a reading so high, were they done at the doctors?

    Yea the number is correct.

Yes they were done at my docs, that’s one of questions I had.. is one of the compounds I am on possibly giving a false reading ? My estrogen has never been like this.. not my first cycle and never had any issues like this before.

    Hey Joshua,

i feel fat lol, maintaining 118kg on a reasonable diet, not consuming a vast amount of cals. Everytime we compete your body gets that little bit leaner, hopefully the next time will be the winning look. When you competing next?

I hear you, I wonder if longer offseason kinda make for a tougher prep in this regard? ???? No plans for next show, when I got on with JP he was clear you need more size, so until I get the seal of mass approval from the Boss man, it’s just log book chasing for me. I love your look man! It’s truly what I believe the class should look like, not just over dieted bodybuilders! Keep it up my man
