You pose a lot in offseason it seems do you feel getting someone to help you professionally with posing in offseason is a good idea? Some posing coaches I know almost feel it’s a waste of time, due to that’s not the physique you will take to the stage.

I have stayed fairly lean on it, and it helps keep me rounder and helps with injuries. Prob is it’s not cheap at all, for Pharma which is what I use, and you have to be on it for a while to see much benefit in my opinion.

I read a post of yours saying that t3 is best taken at night… would this be pre bed or like 3-4am when you wake to have a pee? I have always heard best to have as empty a stomach as possible while taking thyroid meds. Thanks Doc!
