    You have time and knowledge to do that safely then, imo npp can stay but check Ur e2 and prolactin and post it back here so we can help . Primo would avoid this but it’s not comparable in terms of the muscle it builds Vs npp , so imo this cycle is nice

    Nor necessarily, it depends on your goals , you can control e2 , but it depends on a lot of things , how old are you now bud

    29 now, competed in mens physique last year.

    Plan is to move up and grow over next 2 years to a bodybuilding class, I’m under no illusion of pro cards etc, just very much enjoy the process and personal progress;

    Strength, performance, size all been great with current cycle, however seeing gyno very much gets to me as can ruin any look. Ran primo at 500 with test last year, no sides but certainly not the same effect as npp

    Npp interaction with test , it can cause a further elevation in e2 in some than what they as standalone drugs would yield think of test as 3 , npp as 3 , 3+3 should equal 6 , but in this case it can equal 9 , run some blood work and see what is what then it will be fairly obvious how to control it

    If which I imagine e2 was elevated due to this, would you be in favour switching the app for another compound whilst possibly continuing to run test at same dose

    So had a 2 day reseed, scaled cardio to 20mins and steps at 10k

    Calories I pushed to 4000 both days, 600g carbs, 100g fat, had a mcdonalds burger and large fries in there as last meal

    Woke up this morning over 0.5lb down!

    Feel much more energetic and session yesterday was good, still on the flat side

    Where would you go from there

    I would take a rest day n refeed
    Look what the scale does
    How u look
    How U feel
    How u sleep
    Potentially repeat refeed n re asses
    You may need to up food
    You may need to reduce volume

    Took the advice today
    Will post pics, weight and bio feedback tomorrow and get some opinions if that’s cool ? ?

    Yeah its just been this week but its the line between going yes I can get leaner but is it worth another 3/4 lb with the muscle mass I carry

    a day or 2 ‘backing off’ and assessing from there might be a good shout

    We had a 5min increase in cardio x6 and 1k bump in steps plus the addition of Tren 2 weeks ago.

    So far through the whole prep I’ve had 2 non consecutive refeed days of around 3800kcal, 350-400g carbs

    Performance has took a hit alongside sleep this past week, its certainly noticeable.

    Im not sure how much I have left to pull off?

    12lb of scale weight minimum imo
    Actual pure fat – 6-8lb
    To be show winning condition imo
