No pal winny doesn’t. Things to avoid if your subject to standard panel tests are stims containing eph – T5, T6 etc. ALSO something many of you won’t be aware of is that clenbuterol now shows up as an NPS (Spice / synth cannabis) since they adjusted the tests about 12 months ago (witnessed a few guys fail on this, this isn’t just something i’ve read)

I ran these at the start of my cycle before JP advised otherwise, i was running 40mg a day (4 tabs) with mental increases in strength. Wouldnt imagine anything over 40mg is necessary or wise in terms of health

Back in the days i was tren year round, but these days my understanding is that saving tren for your cut allows you to maintain strength through your deficit (maybe even increase) and retain more tissue over the year. NPP for bulk, tren to cut, would be my ten cents

I was always told the higher % the better, never really looked into it though! Not likely to make a HUGE diff i wouldn’t imagine, not compared to it’s dairy counterpart anyway

Depending on your activity levels man I’d give it a whirl at around 2750cal per day for a week and adjust accordingly higher % from carbs on training days, higher % from fats on rest days

Best guess Darius would be a mini cut, take a look on the videos section there’s a video from Jp that covers the mini cut if my memory serves me right 🙂

Don’t quote me on this as i could be wrong but i had a chat with a fella who’s been putting this stuff together for a long time and he said he’s never been able to suspend primo over 125mg/1ml (give or take) before it falls to shit, i’d be extremely weary of anyone claiming to sell 200mg/ml primo. I’d just be happy if it’s actually real primo, nevermind worrying about it being 200mgs haha

Hey man, do you know anyone who’s used the same stuff and what PIP they’ve had from it? I get this with my quads regardless of what gear it is, my legs just don’t agree with needles or oil lol if i pin anything i usually can’t walk properly for a few days and it swells like a balloon. Pinning my glutes however 99% of the time i never get PIP from test e. Couple of stingers with sus with the alcohol content (i think that’s what causes it?) but generally test en or cyp is painless in my glutes.

Hey Dave, i find prop gives me much more of a psychological push in training. I was running 500mg test e p/w and i’ve swapped it to 400mg test e and 100mg prop per week and i find my moods a little higher and intensity in training has increased a touch. As Jordan says in one of his videos though if i remember rightly the ester isn’t going to give you any more/less gain with regards to added tissue so if you don’t physically feel any better/worse with prop i’d stick with test e and save filling yourself with unnecessary needle holes!
