looking great a week out dawid! no doubts you will be ready.
in the past, leading into a show i would have killed myself, training with the same volume with dropsets and rest/pauses etc. After learning a lot more from kuba, jewett, and yourself i have really reduced volume leading into the show and expect a fresher look and feel. 1-2 hard straight sets and i move on.

Dave! Man I see you EVERYWHERE lol – all over IG and now on JP’s site
I will absolutely be following along your journey.
Good luck next week. Me and you will be going after it on the same day!

Sup bro, on my pull session i have 2 sets of RDL and 2 sets of BB ROW. Which one would you do in the first place? RDL and then BBROW or the other way around? Or separate during the session?
Sorry about my english?
Have you tried both? What do you feel and recover from better? Only you can answer for yourself…
This is not a Q/A for yourself. Ask in the forums next time in the training section.

so excited youre back sas! I am glad you took time away for family and business and enjoyed it, were successful, and did what YOU wanted to do. Not the expectations of others, especially to bodybuild and compete just simply because they expect it. and im glad you are back with passion again!

Are you asking our permission to use a machine you like and feel and gives you good results..?
Permission granted.. -
some are for it, some against it. I got A LOT of great answers here. THANK YOU EVERYONE! I think it’ll be worth a shot with this advice and I’ll keep in mind the advice of those who were against it, and decide what worked better for my goals. appreciate it

Jordan – have you spoken with Sas lately? I surely miss having him on the site, and havent heard anything about his competition plans. he could be a top 6 O contender

that is not a question. if you are looking for consent to switch routines, you have my approval. if you are looking for advice on how to structure each workout, he has a video on how to structure each of them already. or you can watch any of the hundreds of workout videos he has and copy those/listen to his advice

in my experience, my sleep apnea was almost entirely related to bodyfat. when i had it badly last year before i started my diet, i was the same weight as i am now, but with 10+ less lbs of muscle. i have zero issues currently
not to say that its ONLY related to bodyfat, but for me, that was the main factor

yes as others said im curious if you make it to Montanari!
I lived in New Haven for 4 years – best gym in the world! that place is my home! and ive never lost touch with the brothers. they take care of me whenever im in town. amazing guys -
the second you open the syringe out of the packet its no longer considered sterile. so no…
but yes ive done that before for a full week of shots and had zero issues -
bar I take my gh 1 hr pre and slin around 30 minutes after
both Phil and Jordan agree on this
would there be any difference in taking both 30 minutes pre versus splitting them?

i would say 2-4 exercises per muscle group depending on needs/goals
e.g. if you lack more shoulders than chest you may include 1 chest press and maybe 1 fly/isolation movement, and opt for more shoulder exercises. vice-versa, if you want to focus on chest, i would opt for more pressing/compound chest presses and have less volume for shoulders, opting for more isolation movements that wont affect your pressing.
as for triceps, they will receive heavy loading from your presses, so i would opt for 1 compound and 1 iso movement, or if you are doing a ton of pressing work throughout the week, you can save your joints and opt for all isolation tricep work. ultimately its up to you and what is working for you and what you can progress on.
try something for a while and if it works stick to it and if it doesnt – scrap it and adjust
