When stalling I add 1.
Then another if I push the cycle.
But 2 with proper recovery in a decent time frame with food, sleep, gears and activity level in context and not wanting to beat yo book by 10lbs every week will suffice, 2-2.5lbs increase (let be realistic) worth lots of newly gains muscle.I love the videos JP upload about programming and respecting low volume approach with occasional RP is imo incredible 🙂 I love bbing haha

Bedtime meal is 437g greek no fat + 35g pecans. Add stevia and cocoa, let it sit in freezer. My gut loves it 🙂

Just chiming in, just stalk your insta Kuba, passion is all over the place and you do have a badass look, with or withou the boots 😉 haha + the shape. Back to not always putting rest day around legs JP? Let say you were doing P/P/r/L/r now your recovery ability let you P/P/r/L/Push/r/Pull(no back loading)/Leg…..?
Finally let say thank to you, Corinne, James and the team (had an amazing chat on insta with Ryan about bbing, life, foods and how we french people are rude hahaha) and this year versus 7 years I’ve made tons of progress, first time I’m enough confident to take progress picture pics (oh god you’ve helped me psychologically) whatever a big thank you. I wanna dedicated my first show to this amazing support system and “family” TrainedbyJP represent.

My 2cents.
Oh and a proper training routine with cardio, recovery (rest) day monitoring volume and a DEFICIT with the diet that suit you, even on TRT.

Hey Ryan, I’m in the same situation (cold/flu) as you are, I choose to rest, but do you apply rest day nutrition (lower carbs and no cardio or with cardio) on those recovery day?
My maintenance is actually 3000kcals, I’m lost I’ve never rest while sick, but James & you convert me haha! Thx alot 🙂

I’ll def add some carbs, can’t seem to grow having 350g carbs peri workout weight stalled at 190lbs. Scared of carbs in breakfast due to high pro/fat ratio of this current bulking diet.
And thank for the cardio, cooking, gut healths and much more tips via your routine and off-season approach! x

Then after maxing post post, lower fats and spread carbs with other meals? Or keep fats in and add cals if weight and MIRROR stall, write ERRTHANG in your log book hehe.
