I’ll def add some carbs, can’t seem to grow having 350g carbs peri workout weight stalled at 190lbs. Scared of carbs in breakfast due to high pro/fat ratio of this current bulking diet.

Then after maxing post post, lower fats and spread carbs with other meals? Or keep fats in and add cals if weight and MIRROR stall, write ERRTHANG in your log book hehe.

Use the post post opportunity, try it, note bodyW post rest day, keep it simple.

Not regarding gear, my question is toward your prone pull down exercice, it is a « close grip » pulldown? Been reviewing videos and trying to correlate to 🙂 thx Jordan.
And thx for the EQ/Test E split I do less aromatisation.I have read all the thread, is it a video covering daily test E injection versus 2x a week and benefits to it? Soz if already answered!

@jdh I think so, a little bit watery due to adding npp, but feeling « lean » still. I worked that way because I thought I had maxed out my peri workout perimeter, but I’ll test by removing fats post-post and adding carbs there. And for having 50g carbs in the morning idk just added there ????????♂️ oats make my pancake more real haha and orange juice was to have 50g carbs total.

Still using 15cals/lbs for the “maintenance” while upping cals on training days (diff. Upper & Lower as seen) and lower on rest day?
If so, what you consider a nice total after 3 or 5 days, like +400 +400 -300 + 400 -300 = 600 (done based on push pull off legs off.
I found interesting your approach and wanna learn more, if it is off topic I’m sorry, I’m myself on the edge of gaining and dunno if I should lower off days or maintenance and up training days, doing pro/fat except peri wo perimeter.
