    I use 20g of carbs in the morning from oats.
    Pro/fats
    100g from sweet potato
    50g intra karbolyn
    100g from rice krispies
    Pro/fats (will add 50g carbs soon & 25 morning)
    Pro/fats
    Pro/fats

    Training day, restday are pro/fats and last meal 100-125g carbs if leg tomorrow.

    I’m a real endo haha, this work for me.

    @jimmy I think, by compairing latest post it is a rotation to the cable front raises, so a nice inbetween wide and close, not targeting the traps, capping them front/side delts 🙂

    I just read the show (135) to now, catching up, taking printscreen, analyzing and updating my bbing journal, so much knowledge. Nutrition partitioning, timing, the exciting drug 😉 some major tb to 2013-2016 man, thx guys & JP.

    I’m planning 450 test and 225npp @rotties what aromasin dosage you would suggest? My bloodwork is good, despite having little high estro on 200mg test E cruise 🙂 thx alot

    @mark approx 3 months matey, I do now know why I do feel performance in the gym, but in life I’m always tired. Begin with 3x week 12.5mg aro*? I’ll need to sort it out before blasting 400testE & 300npp.. oh god I love bodybuilding and learning! x

    My out of range stats are:
    FSH 0.3
    LH 0.1
    OESTRADIOL 472 (this one is cringy)
    TOTAL TEST 51,2
    FREE TEST still in lab
    SHBG still in lab
    My ALT and CK TOTAL are out of range too my by reading other post I think it is okay.

    My gf run Mk, Rad & Lgd .5 of each so 2 month worth before depleting. She’s doing figure tho.

    Good move I don’t wanna add var or any other orals etc.. even mild things.
