Are things I should have on hand adding npp at 200. Like caber? For pro issues or up & down reg of E2?
I do supp with 12.5mg aromasin mon & thurs and 20mg tamox (morning & bedT) on 400-500mg test E.
I have bloodworks next thues the 11.
I do know you told another member that you use to pin 3x/week with npp, have any advice?I’m glad you’ve responded, you have helped me so much not only on aas & training but with finding a good balance in life hahaha!

I’m only 5’5 maybe ‘6 weightin 200 pounds (still pretty lean). But I don’t think I’ll re-mini cut with keto until I find myself a trustable coach (don’t have one atm) and like Cbum told me to switch keto at the end. But dude look at his today pic, the athlete is numero uno imo.
Feel free to ask Q, my father had to keto his whole life due to health related problems and my love for nutrition and bodybuilding makes me read alot. I can’t bring to you concepts like an PHD but, keto does work. Even if I feel like crap most of the time on it.
I use 50-55 fats 40-45 prots and -5 carbs

Steaks
Walnuts
Oils

I don’t do refeed, stay strict and let them pounds goes off days by days.
I use to cruise and lower my carbs, then mini cut adding helping compounds and lowering cals by approx 500 (now at 2500) for 4 weeks max 6.
Swapping carbs now 0 (don’t count traced one) 150-170g and the rest with prots. Like Cbum told us in his vid, bodybuilders need a modified keto diet where there is more protein to sustain bla bla bla you know it.
Then once I’m lean enough (simulating a date or contest) I add slowly carbs (pre,intra & post) while lowering fats weeks by weeks until my new maintenance is aquire and then I blast while using tools to check my health.

@drdeanstmart I’m really clear I think, I just want advice on how should I proceed to “shred” some fat while cruising, what would YOU recommend. The look desired.. leaner enough to pack on mass with a blast and being aware of doing it properly by NOT adding ton much fat.
But yeah.. depends on visual look desired lol

Knowing I wanna utilise cruise right, adding PEDs was of I blast or nah, not during cause it will be counter productive 🙂

Hey @avatar1338 once you cruise on 125mg/week, being like me a lil prone to gyno, what is your fav protocol on the use of AI And E blocker. You still use aro/ari and tamox or discontinue till next blast? (Oh and are u canadian too hehe!?)

It may be out of context, but alot of us asked about your playlist amd how to find them songs on your 2 weeks out chest video. This is kinda the best of both world Sas, you drop knoledge bombs while training with intensity and being honest on everything plus your music taste is incredible. Thank you, you’ve motivate me to finish my master to finaly work at 25 yo for earning money and keep pushing forward (both bodyweight and life haha).
