My surgeon (he’s pretty well known – https://www.medstarhealth.org/doctors/wiemi-abell-douoguih-md) said my shoulder was basically pristine lol, just cleaned up some loose cartilage, so recovery should be a lot faster than expected.
Right now I’m trying to get back in touch with him to figure out next steps for my knee effusion it still causes pain and discomfort, but I can train through it with some movements and also my left shoulder bursitis. I’m thinking about asking him about possibly aspirating the knee.
I’m also starting BPC-157 (1 mg/day), GHK-Cu (2 mg/day), and TB-500 (1 mg/day) to try to help speed things up.

Appreciate the response JP.
For my situation specifically (chronic patellar tendonitis and likely upcoming posterior labrum surgery), would you recommend adding TB-500 in about 3 weeks, or do you think BPC and GHK-Cu alone are sufficient?
Trying to keep things effective but not overdo it if it’s unnecessary.
Thanks again.

I did see an orthopedic, but I didn’t get a very clear plan mostly told to rest and maybe continue PT, which hasn’t given me much direction so far. That’s why I’m trying to be more proactive now.
The shoulder issue came from the gym / lifting, and the knee tendinitis as well. I’m currently trying to get in with a sports-focused orthopedic surgeon who regularly deals with labral tears and tendon issues so I can get a clearer plan going forward.
In the meantime, I’m continuing light rehab and PT-style work, but I’m definitely open to any guidance on what to prioritize or avoid.
