    Ahh gotcha.
    Some flavoured EAA or cyclic dextrin then as mentioned above. Also sugar free cordial may help.

    I don’t over do it. Idk how anyone drinks more than a gallon a day. My life is too busy to be pissing every 20 mins. I go up to a gallon some days, some days a half. Dieting or not.

    Yeah mate my water is the same pre contest or off season. My prep coach actually tells me not to drink too much as you wash away your natural electrolytes and dilute stomach acid so it’s harder to digest meals.

    There are flavoured pepto pro available mate. I’m using one from bodybuilding warehouse, berry flavour and it’s alright.

    During training is no problem, I do 1.6L easily and could prob stretch it to 2L. Cheers

    4/5 litres buddy but more in prep when you drink because you can’t eat ????

    The more you can get the healthier it is for vital organs and performance. 3 is a good start ????????

    4-5 litres in offseason

    6-8 in diet

    and also on hot summerdays when you sweat drink more ans salt adequately to replenish electrolytes

    I drink atleast 4/5 litres a day. Majority of that during cardio and training. I avoid drinking around meals as it causes me digestive issues!

    Same with me mate I think that’s why I struggle to get it all in. Too much water dilutes stomach acid I believe.

    Sounds like a Paul borreson style cycle. He was an advocate of SHIC – short high intensity cycle. His famous one was 1 ml of sust a day for 21 days. I’ve a book of his with many of this kind of cycle. The science behind it is interesting but most probably outdated. All I will say is any high dose sust course is going to see you gain a lot of water but then maybe that’s the logic behind it….

    As here it looks like a slightly prolonged SHIC. it will give good gains no doubt if all is on point. you must be training like an animal and eating like one to to make sure you utilise the drugs.

    Hes front loading with the first 2 injects.

    if it were me I would just do 1ml a day. I feel this would give the same gains but allow for slightly reduced sides.

    I have known many many big guys over the years that just ran large test only cycles and had great results and felt amazing on them.

    Just make sure you are taking something to control estrogen and your health supplements.

    I also hope you are a good 240 plus pound in weight at a gd bodyfat (10-125) to be considering this type of cycle.

    Hello my friend.
    Well done with wanting to achieve your goal and having the courage to want to compete.

    Can I ask have you been to watch any bodybuilding shows? If not I suggest you do so you can get an idea of what you are getting yourself into, you will also see the standard you need to be at for your chosen category. This is important so you see how much work is to be done.

    Your training is not ideal imo. I would address this first. Get yourself a solid plan with progressive overload being the focus but obviously keeping form and execution perfect. It would be good for you to maybe book a 1 to 1 session with a bodybuilder who competes so you can see the intensity that is required to build muscle.

    I won’t lie to you You have a lot of work to do but please believe that your goal of competing in the Natural shows is of course possible.

    You definitely need more time to build a solid foundation. I honestly think a solid year of very hard training will change your physique massively but at this moment in time I don’t think you’re ready. It took me 10 years to do my first show and this is just due to how high a standard there is in bodybuilding nowadays. It can of course be done in a lot less time but you need to put in the work in the gym.

    I train 1st thing and take all my vits after meal 1 then I go to the gym. Can’t see why this would be a problem?!

    I drink a minimum of 4 litres a day. I think the more you can get in the better you will feel and perform in the gym.

    This is a lot! Fair play to you guys I don’t think me forcing any more fluid on top of 7 meals a day is gonna do anything for my distended gut lol ????
