    Yeah just measure amount into saucepan half water half almond milk bring to boil then simmer until thick, zero grit! Actually delicious, I normally add cinnamon and truvia, all good! ????????

    Well I found if you have the time, if done in pan as opposed to micro it’s pretty different!

    Tell me more? I’ve just been pouring hot water on mine and mixing whey into it. Still has a bit of a gritty texture.

    Whitworths stuff is it? It’s not the same taste/texture as cream of rice but nutritionally it’s the same. All good.

    Normal. I have this – whole left side is heavier muscled than my right although I’m right handed. Go see a chiropractor to make sure you’re alignment is all good.

    Essential amino acids. Quite simply muscle is made from amino acids but you need a specific string of amino acids to build muscle (there are 9 in the string). Essential aminos gives you the building blocks for muscle repair and growth.
    You can of course get everything you need from food so long as you take in protein from differing sources each day. They are a great addition to an intra workout shake as this is a time when muscle will break down and eaa will start the repair process instantly.
    I use redcon grunt for my eaas. Just make sure whatever brand you use has all 9 of the essential amino acids.

    Works fine on its own, I’ve never used gh but done slin a few times and made some nice gains from it. Felt great fullness with it. It’s so cheap too so fire it in.

    I have used synthol and saw no improvements in terms of arm size when tensed. relaxed they looked more swollen. It was just super painful to train. Muscles felt like they were going to tear.

    Sounds not worth it mate, I’m not a fan of anything that causes undue pain and I’ve torn a bicep before so I think I’ll leave it.

    The general opinion is that the water based stuff is garbage and it’s hard to get an opinion from someone who isn’t selling it. It’s the same with synthol. I know it’s widely used, I even have a book from the old chemical warfare days with protocols in it. I just haven’t seen many people who don’t sell it that are willing to talk openly about it.

    I seem to remember Jordan saying in a podcast he used it and gained 3” on his arms. Would be good to hear more on this.

    I find sitting inside makes me feel worse. Training is a bad idea but a gentle walk outside in the fresh air might do you some good.

    Cyp half life is 7 days. Enan is 14 days. So you may want to manipulate half lives to make sure you have test in the blood but in all honestly it probably won’t make a difference.

    Never seen any solid literature on this. But scar tissue build up is deffo real. Perhaps it’s more about the mind muscle connection you can feel when you jab certain sites. Would definitely like to hear more opinions on this.

    There isn’t one. Just make sure you have some decent food in you. Some people train at 4am some train at midnight. Just pick what suits YOU. Too much bro science complicating things these days.

    No not needed to be a good bodybuilder. Many of the greats trained alone. Jay, Ronnie to name 2. I myself have trained solo for years and actually prefer it this way as I don’t like to chat during training.
